QS-1431-840
Because there are many different versions of glass break sensors, it is important to remove the sensor cover first to determine what kind of batteries are required for your equipment. We advise you to check before purchasing batteries.
Preparation
IMPORTANT customers who use myadt.ca*** Before removing the sensor, place the panel on test mode through myadt.ca. After logging in:
- Tap [Home]
- Tap [Place on Test]
- Enter your expiration date and time
- Enter your password
- Tap [Yes-Proceed]

Equipment Required
- Two CR123A 3volt lithium batteries
- A small flathead screwdriver
Instructions
- Insert flathead screwdriver and gently press into the slot located on the bottom of sensor
- Pull the cover upwards
- The alarm panel may begin to beep; you may choose to silence the alarm by entering your code
- Replace the batteries
- Press down on the cover back to re-secure it onto the sensor, you should hear a click
- Arm and disarm the alarm to clear panel alert
If the low battery alert does not clear or if the panel shows sensor tamper, walk through the steps above once more. It could be either the batteries or sensor cover are not on properly.
