Installation Instructions

• Choose earplugs of the right size (there are many different sizes of earplugs in the box, you should choose the most suitable one when you use it, so that your ears are more comfortable and can better eliminate noise).
• Connect the earplugs to the earphones.

Operating Instructions

1. Take out the amplifiers from the charging box. Choose the one that suits you from the 3 different sizes of earplugs provided, and buckle the connecting port of the machine and the earplugs, and insert the earplugs into the inner ring
2. Slowly push the hearing aid with earplugs into the ear hole until it is close to the ear canal and feels comfortable.
3. The hearing aid will automatically start up within 6 seconds after taking out the charging box. If you need to manually switch on or off the machine, please press and hold the ON key for 3 seconds.
4. Touch the center of the shell to adjust the volume. There are 4 levels to choose from: A. Short press the celtral button, you will hear a sound of “beep” which means you get volume level 1; press it again, you will hear “beep beep” twice, which means level 2; next level will be ” beep beep beep” means level 3 and “beep beep beep beep” level 4 (the maximum volumn). B. Touch it again after getting “beep beep beep beep” four times, the hearing aid prompts “beep” once and the volumn gets back to level 1. Please do not cover the microphone hole with your hands when adjusting, otherwise it will cause howling.
5. The above operations are cycled sequentially. After removing the hearing aid, please put it into the charging box to charge it in time. The hearing aid will automatically shut down and charge. When the charging box is out of power, you need to press and hold for 3s to manually turn off the hearing aid, otherwise it will cause howling.
6. Put the hearing aid into the charging box, and the digital display will light up. L and R respectively indicate that the left and right hearing aids have started charging, and the orange light on the hearing aid will light up. When the orange light or the LandR displays are off, it means that the hearing aid has been charged. It takes about one hour to fully charge the hearing aid. It can support at least 10 hours of battery life after being fully charged.
7. Please use an adapter with at least 5V1A output, connect the USB cable, and insert it into the USB socket on the back of the charging box. At this time, the number on the screen will light up and flash. When the number reaches 100%, it means the charging box is fully charged. The charging box usually takes 2 hours to charge to complete. The charging box can charge the hearing aid 5-6 times each time it is fully charged.

Precautions, Warnings And Suggestive Instructions

1. Before fitting hearing aids, you should go through professional inspections and hearing tests, and use them under the guidance of doctors or professional hearing aids.
2. Moisture-proof, shock-proof and high-temperature -proof.
3. Do not immerse the hearing aid in any liquid. Remove the hearing aid and put it in the charging case before swimming and washing your hair and bath; after swimming or bathing, wait until the ear canal is dry before putting on the hearing aid.
4. After the hearing aid is removed at night, it should be charged in a charging box, avoiding high light, high temperature, and high humidity.
5. The outer surface of the hearing aid should be kept clean, and the earwax in the earplugs should be cleaned frequently.
6. The functions should be used correctly, try to handle with care and avoid excessive force and excessive force.
7. This product should not be used for a long time at excessive volume to prevent damage to hearing. If you find discomfort, please stop usina it.
8. If the hearing aid is not used for a long time, the battery power may be discharged below the working voltage by the internal resistance of the battery. If the hearing aid cannot be turned on, please make sure that it is fully charged before trying to turn it on.
9. If you hear a whistling sound in the ear, please check whether the size of the earplug (silicone sleeve) fits the user’s ear canal and plug it tightly to prevent air leakage.
10. It is not suitable to fall or collide, which may cause damage to internal components.
11. It should not be opened without authorization.
12. Hearing aids should avoid electromagnetic radiation, and do not use them in high-frequency thermal therapy or radiotherapy and strong magnetic fields.
13. Never use it in a potentially explosive environment or in a dangerous state.
14. Hearing aids cannot be treated as ordinary municipal garbage. Because hearing aids have built-in batteries, please use battery handling facilities to protect the environment.
15. Do not let children play with this product and accessories, so as to avoid injury to children or possible damage to the machine.

Product Maintenance

1. Please charge the hearing aid in time when it is left unused, so that there is enough power for use.
2. Use a clean soft cloth to clean the hearing aid housing.
3. Please clean and disinfect earplugs with pure warm water.

Troubleshooting

Please follow the steps below to confirm the exclusion

1. Please confirm that the hearing aid can be turned on (the orange light flashes 3 times and goes out, indicating that it is turned on);
2. Adjust the volume repeatedly to confirm whether the hearing aid has sound;
3. The above two steps are silent, please make sure that it is fully charged before power on, and repeat steps 1 and 2;

Transportation And Storage Methods

1. Transportation conditions: anti-drop, handle with care; prevent sun, rain or mechanical collision, keep dry.
2. Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and the environment should meet the following conditions
   • Ambient temperature: -10°C ~ 55 C;
   • Relative humidity: =80%;
   • Atmospheric pressure : 50kPa ~ 150kPa;
3. Handle with care to avoid collision or strong impact.
