Insert A Correct SD Card.
SD card is not included in the package, Please insert a Class-10, U3 speed Micro-SD card up to 256 GB max. Compatible SD card on amazon: search B09WB1857W. If you don’t know which one is compatible, please contact us to get one for free

Connect Power Cable
Make sure connect the camera with the car cigarette lighter charger in the package. If there is no cigarette lighter port in your car, please contact us to get a TYPE C cable, but please make sure the output power can reach 5V / 2A.

Connect the Rear Camera
Please make sure you have fully inserted the rear camera plug into the main camera socket, otherwise you are not able to see the rear video from the dash cam screen or app.

Format the SD Card
For the SD card inserted into the A2 Pro for the first time, the A2 Pro will ask to format the SD card after booting up. At this time, please select ‘OK’ and confirm to start formatting, then it will start recording after the formatting finished.

Need 24 hours recording?
A2 Pro needs to connect to a TYPE C USB hardwire kit(not included in the package)to achieve this function. Please search B0B4W6S9FV on amazon. Or contact us to get one for free.
PRECAUTIONS BEFORE USING THIS CAMERA

A2 Pro camera has high requirements for the speed of the memory card. Be sure to use the memory card of U3 CLASS10.
Many customers complained that their memory cards could not be formatted or could not save videos. This is because the purchased memory card is incorrect or the memory card is defective.

The camera’s WiFi connection will cause no network on the mobile phone. Please don’t worry. That’s because this WiFi is a hub-type WiFi, which can only be used to transmit data, but has no Internet access function. That is to say, after the WiFi connection, it will show that there is no network. If you need to use the network, please directly disconnect the WiFi connection of the camera. The dash cam will still record video without WiFi connection.
