Navycrest A2-4K Channel Dash Cam

INTRODUCTION

Dear Customer.

Thank you for choosing A2-4K Channel dash cam. If this is your first dash cam purchase, then you have made the right choice in protecting yourself and your family. It’s the best small investment you can do that goes a long way. Dash cameras can be tricky at first on how they are designed to work. But once you understand it, trust me it is super easy to operate and fun to use.

Insert a correct SD card

SD card is not included in the package, Please insert onlybrand name Class-10, U3 speed Micro-SD card up to 256 GB max. You can purchase an SD card from amazon.com bySearching B01LVZ28GH. Amazon Link:

Always connect to power

Make sure to keep the camera plugged into power all the time because this camera is powered by a supercapacitor, that means it won’t power on and start recording if you don’t connect it to the power cable.

REMINDER: Please use the provided charger to ensure enough power to run this 4K WiFi & GPS dash cam.

Format Reminder

When the memory card is inserted into the camera for the first time, you need to press to let the camera recognize the SD card, and a format reminder will prompt up, just press again and then camera will auto start recording after the SD card is successfully formatted. For daily formatting via the dashcam, please see the user manual for detail.

Need Record for 24 hours?

A2-4K supports 24 hours recording only when it is connected to a TYPE C USB hardwire kit(not included in the package) Please go to amazon.com search B09JG4MJPN, or visit amazon link:

WiFi Connecting Failure?

Please make sure you have turned on the WiFi of the dash cam(long press down direction key).
Please turn off the VPN while you are connecting the dash cam with your cellphone.
Please make sure you have authorized all the permission to ‘Navycrest’ app.
