The Matter smart bulb can be control through Amazon Alexa, google home, and
APPLE home app. But, as the setup code can only be used to add the device to
the first ecosystem, for the second commissioning, you need to open the app in
the first ecosystem to generate a new setup code
Step 1: Tap the device and enter the setting page. Click “Device share” button
79
Step 2: Then, tap the ‘Use pairing code’ or ‘Use QR code’ option.
Step 3: Finally, a new SN code will be generated, and the pairing mode will remain active for 15 minutes.
80
Step 4: According to the newly generated SN code of the device, manually add
the Matter device on other platforms’ apps. Follow the prompts to add. Please
refer to: Instructions for using Matter products in Amazon Alexa Instructions
for using Matter products in Apple Home Instructions for using Matter products
in Google Home Instructions for using Matter products in the SmartThings App
Note: For cross-platform sharing, ensure that all networks are within the same
local area network.
