App download and App connection watch

App download
Use browser to can the QR code below or the QR code on the watch to download the application connected to your mobile phone. During the download and installation process, grant the corresponding permission to this software to ensure normal Wireless connection. The name of the App is HD Fit Pro.

Special attention:

  • iPhone: If an iPhone stays in standby or sleep mode(black screen) for a long time(2 hours or more), the App will be cleared by the IOS system of the iPhone itself. In this case, the App is disconencted to the watch, and App functions will be unavailable. When you open the App again, the watch will automatically reconnected.
  • Android phones: Need to open the background application startup management permissions in settings which varies with different phone models. Huawei mobile phones are used as an example: Settings — Application – Application Startup Management – HD Fit Pro, find the App, change the automatic management to manual management, open all the permissions.
    Note: This operation is to ensure that the App can keep connected with the watch when the phone is in standby state (the phone does not light up), and not be cleared by the Android system. It will not use data in the background and will not affect the battery use of the phone.

Connection method between App and watch

Method 1:
Open App – Device and click “Add Device”. Enter the page of “Add Device” and click to select the device you have purchased.

Method 2:
Open the QR code of the watch, open App — Device, click “Add Device”,’, click the scan icon in the upper right corner(as shown in figure 1), and scan the QR on the watch to pair. Afert logging in to the iPhone successfully, the connection procedure is the same as above, except that: After binding is successful, the wireless pairing request between the watch and the phone will be promted. Please allow wireless pairing. Then complete the pairing connection between the mobile App and watch.

App main function (can only be used after successful connection)

  • Dial push
    Click to enter the watch dial can be downloaded and pushed to the watch, do not operate the App during the synchronization process, and keep the watch close to the phone.

  • Remote control photography
    Click the remote control to take photos, and start the camera of the phone. (Some phones require the camera function to be turned on first.)

  • Finding a device
    Click the search device function, the watch will pop up the search interface and vibration reminder.

  • Reminder function
    Click to open the notification and the reminder menu to enter the nitification switch setting page. You can open the message reminder of the incoming calls, SMS, health, application, alarm and other programs respectively.

  • NFC
    Copy the access card and synchronize the bracelet. For details, see the instructions in the NFC.

  • The purse
    Can bind wechat, Alipay, Paypal money receiving QR code to the watch.(Note: for IOS, you need to enter: Settings Wireless pairing to fully unbind.)

  • Firmware Upgrade
    Watch firmware can be upgraded, when the new firmware will be promted. Note: Before upgrading, please ensure that thebpower of the watch is above 30%, and keep the watch close to the mobile phone during the upgrade.

Smart watch basic operation and function

  1. Basic operation

    • Power on: When the watch is off, hold down the button on the right side of the watch for 3 seconds to start the watch.
      In the standby state, press the button on the side to wake up the watch.

    • Shutdown: When the watch screen is on, press the right side button for 3 seconds to shutdown.

  2. Basic function

    • Exercise
      Exercise modes including: walking, running, hiking, mountaineering, volleyball, football, basketball, badminton, dancing,yoya, etc. Only when exercise time over 5 minutes can upload data to the App.

    • Step
      Step counting is enabled by default, and the real-time step counting data of the current day is displayed. When the watch is paired with the App successfully, the data of the watch will be automatically synchronized in real time(or manually refreshed) and uploaded to the App, including the parameters of steps, distance, calories and so on.

    • Sleep monitoring
      The watch’s default sleep monitoring time is from 21:00 PM to 9:00 am. You need to wear a watch to sleep, you can check the sleep time of last night on the watch sleep interface after getting up at 9:00 in the next morning;
      When the watch is paired with the APP, the sleep data will be automatically synchronized to the APP in real time (or manually). Note: due to different sleep states, there may be errors with the actual sleep data.

    • Phone
      Enable wireless for phone calls, search device pairing in wireless, and answer, make calls and view call records. (During a call, you can change the answering mode on the watch or mobile phone. Only six call records can be saved, and more than six records automatically overwrite the earliest message.)

    • Music
      After pairing the watch with the mobile phone through Wireless, you can enter the music playing page to control the mobile phone play music. Because different player software may have compatibility problems, some music player software can be controlled only after being enabled.

    • Voice assistant
      After audio wireless connection with the mobile phone, the mobile phone voice assiatant can be activated by the watch for operation. (Please make sure that the phone has enabled voice assistant before using this function.)

    • Remote control photography
      After pairing with the App successfully, click the remote control to take photos and start the camera of the phone. (Some phones require the camera function to be turned on first.)

    • Searching for a mobile phone
      After pairing with the App, click to find the phone on the watch end, and the page for finding the phone will pop up. The phone will vibrate and ring.

Precautions for use

  • It is recommended to install only one connection APP on the mobile terminal to ensure normal wireless connection and use. There are multiple such connection apps on the mobile terminal at the same time, which may affect each other and thus interfere with the normal connection between the watch and the mobile phone. Note: Some Android phones will tell you that it cannot be installed. Please turn on “Location Sources” in our phone’s security settings so that it can be installed normally.
  • When the mobile phone prompts you to apply for permission, please click “Allow” to prevent you from not receiving notification, scanning QR code, remote camera and other functions because the mobile phone permission application of the APP is not opened. This permission is only used for the Wireless connection between the APP and the watch, and will not affect the traffic of the phone or other information of the phone.
  • Some models of Android smart phones will mistakenly close the mobile APP when cleaning the APP. At this time, keep the mobile App running in the background. Android phone Settings background operation method: Open mobile phone Settings — Application management – HD Fit Por – Permission management – background management – select Run background operation. (Different phones may have different setting methods due to different versions and models.)
  • The heart rate test requires the watch to be worn with moderate tightness. Too tight or too loose may be inaccurate in the test. (Too tight can interfere with blood flow, too loose can interfere with heart rate sensors).
  • Do not collision the product with hard objects to avoid breaking the screen glass.
  • Please use the charger with specifications of 5V and 1A. This product does not support the use of fast charge. It is forbidden to charge in the condition of water (sweat) to prevent short circuit and damage to the product.
  • This product is an electronic monitoring product and is not used as a medical device for monitoring. The data is for daily reference only.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

  • The Watch cannot be started

    1. Press the Power button for a short time. Please hold down the power button for more than 3 seconds.
    2. The battery may be low. Please charge it in time.
    3. The battery may enter the low power protection and the ordinary charger does not respond to charging. Please try to use the charger with the output power of 5V/1V to charge and activate.
  • The watch will shut down by itself.
    The battery may be too low. Please charge it.

  • The watch is used for a short time.

    1. The battery may not be fully charged, please keep sufficient charging time (full charge requires at least two hours
    2. If the charger or data cable works properly, you can try to replace the charger and data cable.
    3. Check whether the charging cable port is properly connected. You can try again.
  • Wireless is not Connected or cannot be connected.

    1. Please restart the watch once;
    2. Please turn off the Wireless of the mobile phone, turn it on again, and connect it again;
  • Inaccurate sleep data
    Sleep monitoring simulates people’s natural falling asleep and getting up time, which should be worn normally; If you go to sleep too late or wear it when you go to sleep, there may be errors. There is no sleep data for daytime sleep, and the default sleep monitor is 9pm to 9am.
