Pre-installation Checks
Before installing the product, perform the following checks:
- Check the appearance for any possible damage that may occur during transportation, such as damage to the shell.
- In addition to the product, ensure that the packaging box includes: instruction manual, product qualification certificate, installation screws, and other related accessories.
Installation Precautions
Take note of the following precautions during installation:
- The product is strictly prohibited from being installed in environments containing flammable and explosive gases or damp condensation.
- It is strictly prohibited to operate the product with wet hands.
- During product operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch conductive parts of the product.
- When installing and maintaining, it is necessary to ensure that the circuit is powered off.
- Do not install in areas where gas media can corrode metals and damage insulation.
- To avoid dangerous accidents, the installation and fixation of the product must strictly follow the requirements of the manual.

The derating factor of altitude
When the altitude exceeds 2000m, as the altitude increases, the atmospheric
composition, cooling performance, insulation performance, and air pressure all
change. The product parameters can be corrected according to the following

This product is manufactured under a comprehensive quality management system. In the event of a malfunction, the warranty period and after-sales service are explained as follows:
Warranty period
If the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due to manufacturing quality issues within 18 months from the date of shipment by our company, provided that the user complies with the storage and use conditions, our company is responsible for free repair or replacement. However, if the malfunction is caused by the following reasons, it will be repaired or replaced for a fee even during the warranty period:
