Product Usage Instructions

Start

Long press the Start/Stop button until “REC” is shown on the LCD interface. This indicates that the device is ready to monitor. The LCD interface will also display the record quantity.

Setting

You can change the thresholds and settings via the Frigga cloud platform. On the “Device Setting” page, you can:

  • Change the temperature thresholds
  • Add alarm notification personnel
  • Share equipment with someone
  • Set up position notification
  • Set up automatic flight mode

Transport

Place the device into the goods and begin transportation.

Monitoring

Whether you have set up the device or not, you can monitor the temperature, humidity, location, and route through the Frigga cloud platform. The platform will notify relevant personnel by mail or SMS if the temperature exceeds the limit. It will also notify the presupposed person when the device reaches the designated location. Additionally, when the device arrives near the designated airport, it will enter flight mode automatically.

Stop

There are three ways to end the journey:

  1. Long press the Start/Stop button until “REC” disappears from the LCD interface to stop the device.
  2. Connect the device to a computer via a USB cable and export the PDF report from the device.
  3. Using the cloud platform, inform the device to stop. The device will respond within one reporting interval in a good signal environment.

Report

When the recording is stopped, the device will automatically generate a PDF report. You can access this report directly by connecting the device to a PC via a USB cable. The Frigga cloud platform also backs up the entire transportation data, which can be viewed using the device ID.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the device doesn’t upload data to the cloud?

  • A: Please confirm that the device is working properly and not in flight mode.

Q: What is the range of measurement for the device?

  • A: Please ensure that the device is working within the specified range of measurement.

Q: Can I take apart the device by myself?

  • A: No, please do not take apart the device by yourself.

Q: Can I put the device into liquid?

  • A: No, please do not put the device into liquid.

Instructions

To better experience the real-time monitoring (temperature & humidity, location, track routes), and real-time alarm (SMS, email) of the Frigga wireless temperature recorder, it is recommended to register your business account on Frigga cloud platform’s official website (cloud.friggatech.com) and then add the device ID to your account before starting the device.

Start

  • Long press the “Start/Stop” button till “REC” has been showing on the LCD interface, and the device is ready to monitor.
  • At the same time, the record quantity also will be shown on the LCD interface.
  • (Using default thresholds or changing the thresholds via the Frigga cloud platform).

Setting

  • Thresholds can be changed via the cloud platform. On the page “Device Setting”, we can:
  • Change the temperature thresholds.
  • Add alarm notification personnel.
  • Share equipment with someone.
  • Setting position notification.
  • Set up automatic flight mode.

Stop

Three ways to end the journey:

  2. Connect with the computer through a USB cable and then export the PDF report from the device.
  3. Via the cloud platform, inform the device to stop, and the device will respond within one reporting interval in a good signal environment.

Report

  1. When recording data, the device will generate a PDF report automatically. Via a USB cable connected to the PC can access it directly.

Cautions

  • Please read the following notes carefully before using them:
  • When you find that the device doesn’t upload the data to the cloud, Please confirm that the device is working properly or whether the device is in flight mode.
  • Please confirm that the device is working in the range of measurement.
  • Don’t use external force to impact the device.
  • Don’t take apart the device by yourself.
  • Please keep the device away from fire.
  • Don’t put the device into liquid.
