Product Introductions

Download APP

1. Search and download the “Was Trans” app in the App Store/ Google Play. You may also scan the QR code to download.

2. Open the app and allow the permissions for the proper use of the device.
3. After downloading the APP, you need to register with your email address before you can use it.

Turn ON / OFF

1. Take the earphones out of the charging box, and the earphones will turn on automatically. At this point, you will hear the voice prompt “Pairing” from the headset, waiting for the Bluetooth connection. After the headset is placed in the charging box, it will automatically shut down.

Bluetooth Pairing

1. Open the was Trans App and select M3.
2. Turn on Bluetooth and select ” WAS- M3 ” to pair . After the connection is successful, you will hear the “Connected” prompt from the earbud, and the interface will display that the device is connected. Note : If the earbud has been paired with the mobile phone, it will try to automatically reconnect to the device the next time the earbud is turned on,

Translation

According to different application scenarios, you can choose the following five different modes: touch mode, speaker mode, free talk mode , offline mode and photo Translation

• Touch mode
  Two people each wear one earbud, click the earbud to translate in real time.
  Suitable for acquaintances who are willing to wear your earbud 1) Select the touch mode on the main interface;

2. Give one of the earbuds to the other party;
3. Select the language of the left and right earbuds;
4. Tap one side of the earbuds to speak continuously, and both earbuds can hear simultaneous interpretation. If the other side wants to speak, tap his or her earbud to start speaking. To end the translations, just touch the earbud again.
   Or set it to end translation automatically in the APP. (The default is to automatically end translation. If you want to end translation manually, please turn off “Automatic end pickup” in the Setting)

• Speaker mode
  One person wears earbuds and the other holds a mobile phone, which is suitable for strangers who are inconvenient to wear your earbuds 1) On the main interface, select “Speaker Mode” ;

2. Select the language for the earbud and the phone;
3. Tap the earbuds (or click the lower half of the phone screen) to start speaking, the mobile phone speaker will play the translations; Tap the top half of the phone screen, the other person starts speaking to the phone, and you will hear the translations through the earbuds.

• Free talk mode
  Both wear an earbud to translate in real time, release their hands, and communicate freely 1) “Free Talk Mode” on the main interface ;

2. Hand over one of the earbuds to the other party;
3. Select the language of the left and right earbuds;
4. Click the mobile APP to start a conversation. In this mode, there is no need to touch the earbuds. During the conversation, both earbuds will hear the translated content in real time. After the conversation is over, click the button at the bottom of the  mobile APP or tap the earbud to end the translation.

• Offline translation
  Offline translation means that you can use translation function without
  Internet, such as at airplanes and underground garages

Operation method:
Internet connected

1. Click the icon [A] in the upper right corner of the home page, select “Offline Management” , and click “Redeem& Download”;
2. Select the language you want to download and download it now;
3. Prompted that the offline time is insufficient, you can recharge directly ; if you have an ” Translation time redemption card “, please select “Translation time redemption card” on the “Offline management ” interface , and enter the 20-digit redemption code to recharge;
4. After the exchange is successful , download the offline translation language pack on the “Redeem& DownLoad” interface.

• Photo translation
  Use the mobile APP to automatically scan the picture and translate the text into the specified language

1. On the main interface, select “Photo Translation”;
2. Select the corresponding language for photo translation.

Setting function in APP

(Volume adjustment} Adjust the volume of the playing sound

[Choose automatic/manual end pickup}

1. Automatically end pickup: According to the speaking interval (2-3s), the earbud automatically ends the pickup
2. Manually end pickup: You need to touch the back of the earbud to end pickup (Rotate the upper half of the screen] In the external playback mode and offline mode, you can choose to rotate the upper half of the translation interface by 180 degrees, so that the other party can view the translation results conveniently (Adjust font size) Adjust the font size of APP text [Prompt opening and closing] Open/close the instruction pop-up window after opening the APP [Playback settings] Choose to play/not play the translated voice results, only the translated text is displayed

(Clear the translation conversation record} Clear conversation records with one click
[Unbind] if you want to lend the earbud to other people, you need to click
“Unbind” in the settings, then other people can use it

Common Functions

  Makephonecalls
Calling answering: Tap once on any earbud
Reject incoming call: Long press any earbud for 2 seconds
Listen to music
Play/Pause: Tap once on any earbud
Previous song: Long press the left earbud for 1-2 seconds
Next song: Long press the right earbud for 1-2 seconds
Voice assistants (“Hey Siri or OK Google”)
Start the voice service: Tap twice on left earbud
Leave voice service: Tap once on any earbud

Charging Indication

• Earbuds Charging
  When put earphones into charging case and close the cover, earbuds starts to be charging. When the earbuds are fully charged, Earbuds White light will be displayed for 30secondsand then turn off.

• Charging Case
  The 4 Led lights from top to bottom respectively indicate that the current power is 25%,50%,75%, 100%. When the charging box is connected to the USB for charging, the Led light will stay at the current power and flash.

Troubleshooting

• Unable to start
  Charge the earbuds for 30 minutes and take the earbuds out of the charging case, it will turn on automatically.

• Earbuds cannot pair
  Go to the mobile‘s Bluetooth menu and forget/disconnect the WAS-M3 and put the earbuds back to charging case. Then slid charging case and connect with mobile again.

• Cannot connect to mobile device
  Turn off the earbuds by putting them in charging case. Turn off mobile device Bluetooth function and turn it on again. Slid charging case and connect.

• The earbuds can’t be charged
  Make sure earbuds are placed in case with right orientation, gently press them, clean the charging pins.

• Only one earbud is working/Both earbuds not working simultaneously
  Go to the mobile’s Bluetooth menu and forget/disconnect the WAS-M3 and put the earbuds back to charging case. Then slid charging case and connect with mobile again.

Safety

Please read the following safety and warning information before using M3:

1. Do not use unofficially recommended charging methods to avoid fire, explosion, or other dangers.
2. Do not deliberately drop, burn, penetrate, squeeze or immerse in liquid to avoid product damage.
3. Do not expose to high temperatures or around heating equipment such as microwaves or ovens.
4. Use the device within the range of 0°C ~ 35°C and store within the range of -20°C ~ 45°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, it will cause the device to malfunction.
5. We are not responsible for quality issues, product failures, and safety accidents caused by the use of unofficial approved accessories.
