ZEXMTE PC 5.1 Pro USB Bluetooth Adapter Instructions

(Before you start using your adapter, disable all existing Bluetooth devices(both built-in and third-party) from the Device Manager on Windows.
Note: To go to Device Manager: Right-click This PC or My Computer, select Manage, go to Device Manager and disable all existing Bluetooth devices.)

Installation guide

Most Win 8/10 It is plug and play and no need to install the driver

1. Plug Bluetooth dongle into PC (Front USB port, if possible)
2. Wait about 5-10s until the Windows own driver is installed
3. Reboot computer,a Bluetooth icon will appear on the task tray

Pair With Your Bluetooth Devices

For Windows 7

1. Open Start menu to access Devices and Printers.

2. Select Add Device to choose the device that you want to pair with your computer.

3. Select the found-out device from the list and click Next.
   (Note: Make sure your Bluetooth device is set to be discoverable)

4. Click Finish when completing the pairing.
   (Note: During the pairing you may be prompted to enter the pairing code. You need to enter the identical code to both devices.)

For Windows 10

1. Open Start menu,type Bluetooth to access Bluetooth settings.
2. Click Add Bluetooth or other device to scan for Bluetooth devices.
3. Select your Bluetooth device from the list and follow the on screen instructions to complete pairing.（Note: Make sure your Bluetooth device is set to be discoverable）

Uninstall Bluetooth Adapter’s Driver

1. Go to Start menu,choose All Programs and find the model you want to uninstall.
2. You can also remove the driver from Windows Device Manager:
   2.1. Go to Windows Device Manager find the adapter.
   2.2. Right-click the adapter and select Uninstall.
   2.3. Follow the instructions to complete the uninstall.

Q1: What devices and systems does the product support?

A1: Support for Windows 10/8/7,Not applicable for Mac OS, Linux, TV, Car

Q2: Do I have to install the driver?

A2: Plug and Play or Free Driver--Plug and play for Win 8/8.1/10 Driver required for Win7 and could be download from website free of charge

Q3:What should I do if the Bluetooth icon doesn't appear?

A3:Make sure you have turned on the Bluetooth in Windows settings.

Q4: After the installation of the driver, if appear yellow exclamation mark or driver error.

Q5: It can't search or pair to any Bluetooth device

Q6: Computer can't recognizing the adapter

A6: 1. USB port is broken,replace other USB ports 2. Check the driver if install correct. 3. Enable Bluetooth service function

Q7: The adapter stops working after a while

Q8: A prompt appears during the installation process”Failed to complete installtion”

A8: Please unzip it with the compression software after the complete download, and then install it

Q9: Headphones connected but no sound output from computer

Q10: Not as far as expected

A10: Not to plug the bluetooth adapter in the back of the computer(Operation range can be affected by physical obstructions (walls, people, etc.), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, Wireless TV adapters, etc)
