The Problems You May Have
- Disconnection: Please check if the distance between the mobile phone and the headset exceeds 33ft.
- No sound: Please check if the headset is at a low volume or if the headset connects with the phone correctly.
- Check if the port of the battery pack and headset is loose.
- Low battery: The indicator light will flash at a low battery.
- Please use the charging cable to charge when the battery is low.
- Cannot pair: Please check whether the bluetooth device is turned on and search for the headset device name.
Attention
- Do not let children play with headsets. Small parts may cause suffocation.
- Do not disassemble the headset, which will be regarded as man-made damage, which is not included in the warranty.
- Though the headset is IPX6 waterproof, it cannot be used when showering or swimming.
- Do not clean the headset when it is charging. Separate the headset from the charging cable before cleaning.

Button Instructions
How to Pair
Long press the Answer Key for 3 seconds to turn on the headset (the red and blue indicators blink alternately), and then turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, search for the device named “UFO” and connect.
Charging Method
- Please separate the battery and the main host from the headset.
- Use the USB cable to charge a separate battery only, there isn’t a battery in the main engine/host, so do not insert the power port directly into the host, it may damage its sensitive component.
- The battery indicator light is red when charging, when the charge is complete the light will be off.
The Way to Switch Left / Right Ear
- For the first time use, it is recommended to fully charge the headset before use.
- Tips: There are two batteries, Right battery+main engine/host used for the Right Ear, Left battery+main engine/host used for the Left Ear
Wear
- Choose the suited size of eartips that can fit your ear the most.
- Put the headset into your ear and the hook around your auricle.
- Adjust the headset for the best fit.
- Point the horn of the earphone at your ear canal. Make your voice clearer.
- Please note that it is not necessary to hold the Bluetooth headset too close to your ear as the microphone hole (at the bottom of the host) will be blocked and no sound will be received.
