Power On/Off
Turn on:
- Open the cover of charging case
- Press and hold MFB for 2s to turn on
Turn off:
- Put earbuds into case and close cover
- In standby mode, long press MFB of any side for 5s, dual earbuds synchronous shutdown.

Ear Caps Selection
For reduce ambient noise and improve sound quality, please choose comfortable
ear caps according to the size of your ear canal.
How to Charging
Please put earbuds into the charging case and close the cover for charging. When using for the first time, please make sure the earbuds are fully charged.

- Charging for at least 100 minutes
- Please use more than 5V/1A adapter

Pairing

First Pairing: Open the charging case cover, and turn on the earbuds, then search for ” U-pro ” in the Bluetooth device list of your phone, click connect.

Daily pairing: Simply open the charging case cover and the earbuds will automatically connect back to the last connected device
Note: Please complete connection within 5 minutes, otherwise the earbuds will automatically turn off. If the earbuds are turned off, please follow the pairing steps above to retry.
Reset/Clear Pairing History
- Take out earbuds from the charging case and put them on.
- Press MFB 4 times on the left and right earbuds at the same time, hear “disconnect, enter pairing”, the pairing information have cleared.
Q & A
Q: The headset can not be charged?
A: Please close the cover of the charging case when charging and keep the
charging contacts clean.
Q: Why can’t my earbuds turn on?
A: Please re-charge and make sure the earbuds has enough power, put the
earbuds into the charging case and see if the power display flashes.
Q: One of the headphones has no sound?
A: Put both headphones back into the charging box to charge for 5 minutes
to reset and take out again.
Q: Wireless headset signal is not good?
A: Bluetooth have a transmission distance of 10 meters, please check
whether there is electromagnetic interference around.
Q: Why can’t I hear the other’s voice when I call or listen to music?
A:Please confirm the following points.
- When you make a call, please select the speaker mode as “U-pro”
- When a call comes in, please click the earbuds to answer.
- The connection mode of wireless earbuds includes “Mobile phone audio”, “Multimedia audio”, please make sure both are allowed on your phone.
Q: Why can’t the earbuds pair with my device?
A: Please confirm the following points.
- Please confirm whether the earbuds has power and enter the pairing mode
- Please confirm whether the earbuds has been connected to other devices, if so, please disconnect and close the device Bluetooth.
- Please confirm whether the earbuds is within 10 meters of the device If the above steps still can’t solve your problem, please contact our after-sales service.
