Key introduction

• Two function keys: “Roll Key” + “Power / Return Key”.
• Power / Return Key: In the power-on state single press to return and long press for 3 seconds to turn off the display.
• Press the “Roll Key” to open the directory menu. Scroll with the “Roll Key” up and down in the menu to control the cursor. Press the “Roll Key” to confirm and short-press the “Power / Return Key” to return to the next level.
• Scrolling up the “Roll Key” on the main interface: you can open the brightness quick adjustment menu. Go up and down to control the brightness.
• Swipe down the “Roll Key” on the main interface to open the quick volume adjustment menu. Go up and down to control the volume.

Interface introduction

• Full function Type-C interface: designed for display power supply, audio, and video signal transmission. Due to the reversible design, the connector can be plugged in either way, eliminating the frustration of trying to figure out the correct orientation when inserting the cable.
• Mini HDMI interface: Responsible for audio and video signal transmission of the display.
• 3.5mm headphone interface: Headphone, Audio extension interface.

Devices connection introduction

1. Connect computers with a full-function Type-C interface
   The display supports the use of the extended display or duplicate display function using a Type-C interface.
   When the brightness and volume are adjusted to more than 80% we suggest:
   – 1920 1080 resolution to be connected to an external power supply of 5V / 2A and above
   – 3840 2160 resolution to be connected to an external PD 30W and above power supply.

2. Connect to a phone with a Type-C interface
   An external power supply is required when the phone’s battery is below 30%.
   

The display screen supports connecting the mobile phone to the standard cable and entering the content of the mobile phone screen or customizing the UI interface according to the system settings:

• When no external power is needed, the mobile phone battery powers the display. The energy-saving mode is activated, and the display brightness is automatically adjusted to 30%. The user can adjust the display brightness and volume according to the input power of the mobile phone.
• When external power is supplied, the monitor charges the mobile phone in reverse through the external power supply. To ensure that the display and mobile phone can obtain sufficient working current, the resolution of 1920*1080  must be connected to at least 5V / 2A and above power.

The portable display with a mini HDMI interface is compatible with most HD devices.
When connecting to a computer with the interface, you need to connect the power first and then connect the computer and the portable monitor with an HDMI cable. (Some brands of computers have a low USB output power and
require an external power supply).

Connect to other HDMI devices

Note: When connecting the HD device, the portable display must be connected to the power supply first, and then the device and the portable display must be connected with the HDMI cable to ensure the smooth transmission of data signals.

Menu introduction

Press “Up / Down” to adjust, and “Roll Key” to confirm.

Precautions for use

• This product is shipped after strict quality control and inspection, but if you find any problems or malfunctions, please contact the store where you purchased the product or our customer support center.

• We are not responsible for any malfunctions or damage caused by the incorrect use of the product.

• Our portable monitors are made with high-precision technology, but depending on the viewing angle, color unevenness, and uneven brightness may occur.
  Both will not affect the operation of the device. Please note that this is not a malfunction.

• Do not display the same image for a long time. Screen burn, also known as “burn-in” or “image retention”, may appear. By displaying moving images, this phenomenon can be avoided.

• For the disposal of this device, please follow the disposal regulations of each local government.

• Due to continuing improvements on our product (including accessories), the technical specifications are subject to change without notice.

SUGGESTION
When not using the computer or monitor, turn off the power.

To prevent screen burn:

• When not using the computer or monitor, turn off the power.
• Use the power saving function or screen saver function as much as possible.

Maintenance

To remove dirt from the product, first, turn off the power and disconnect the AC adapter. Gently wipe with a clean cloth.

• If it is very dirty, soak the cloth in a neutral detergent fully diluted with water and wring it out. Wipe clean, then wipe with a dry cloth.
• You cannot use benzene, thinner, alcohol, disinfectant, chemical cloth, or strong detergent. Do not use paper tissues because this may cause scratches on the screen.
• Do not drip water on the LCD panel. If it does, wipe it off with a soft dry cloth immediately. Water may cause a malfunction.

Continuous use

• This product is not suitable for 24 hours of continuous use. This will accelerate the wear of parts with a limited life.

The backlight

• The backlight used in this product has a limited life. The screen may become darker over time. If it is not bright enough anymore, you need to replace it with a new LCD panel.
• Please do not replace it yourself. For replacement, please contact the support center.
• Use caution, the LCD panel is very expensive. Paid replacement of LCD panels can be pricey.

Lifetime

• This product contains parts with limited service life (backlight, aluminum electrolytic capacitor, etc.). The life of parts with limited life depends on the conditions of use frequency and environment (temperature and humidity).
• This product is designed for homes and offices. If used in other environments, it may shorten the lifetime.

General information

• When not using the product, please cover it to prevent dust from entering it.
• Do not place the LCD panel under mechanical stress. The LCD panel may get damaged.
• The surface of the LCD panel is easy to be scratched. Do not push, knock or wipe it with hard objects such as tools, pencils, or ballpoint pens.
• There may be dark spots (unlit spots) and bright spots on the LCD panel. This is because the LCD panel itself has 99.999% or higher effective pixels and 0.001% pixel defects. This is not a malfunction or failure. Please note that it cannot be repaired or replaced.
• Depending on the viewing angle or temperature, you may see uneven color or uneven brightness. These are not malfunctions or defects. Please note that it cannot be repaired or replaced.

Safe Use

This section introduces precautions for safe and correct use to prevent injury and property damage to users. When using de device, be sure to follow these guidelines:

1. Do not repair, disassemble or modify this product. This may cause fire, electric shock, fire, or malfunction.

2. For safety reasons, always unplug the AC adapter in case of a thunderstorm.

3. Do not wet the product (including the AC adapter) or use it in a humid place. If water or detergent splashes on this product, it may penetrate a gap and cause fire or electric shock.
   Do not use this product in the bathroom.
   Be careful when using this product on the beach or waterside.
   Do not put things on it (cups, vases, etc.)
   Do not place objects filled with liquids, such as cups or vases, on this product.
   Do not use this product if it can get wet.

4.  The included AC adapter is can not connected to other devices. This may cause fire or electric shock. The supplied AC adapter is only for this product.

5. Do not use any AC adapter other than the supplied or specified AC adapter.
   Otherwise, the AC adapter may cause fire or electric shock.

6. Keep the plastic bags from the packaging or small parts that have been removed (such as terminal covers) out of the reach of children. Playing with a plastic bag or accidentally swallowing a small part may cause suffocation.

7. Do not connect to a loose socket. This may generate heat and cause a fire.

8. If this product is faulty or abnormal, be sure to remove it from the connected device. Continuing to use it may cause fire, electric shock, or malfunction.

9. Regularly clean the dust around and from the exit ports.

10. Do not install this product in the following places. It may cause an accident.
    Places that interfere with driving.
    Places that hinder the operation of airbags.
    Places that obstruct the field of view
    Places where the screen of this product is reflected on the windshield, for example in a tunnel at night (obstructs the view in front).

11. Before installing, removing, or moving, be sure to turn off first the power of the computer, peripheral devices, and this product, and then unplug the AC adapter from the socket. Failure to disconnect the AC adapter may cause an electric shock.

12. Do not use it near carpets, sponges, corrugated cardboard, Styrofoam, etc. with high heat retention and moisture retention. This may cause a fire.

13. Keep the cables away from heating equipment. The power cord coating may melt, resulting in fire, electric shock, or burns.

14. Do not place any objects that hinder heat dissipation around this product.
    This may cause a fire.

15. If smoke or odor or noise is emitted, immediately unplug the power plug from the outlet. Continued use may cause fire or electric shock.

16. The cables must not be kinked, pinched, or twisted. Make sure that the cables are not squeezed, bent, damaged by sharp edges, or put under mechanical stress.

17. When unplugging the power plug, do not pull the power cord. Hold the power plug and pull it out. If the power cord is pulled, the power cord will be damaged which may cause fire or electric shock.

18. If the display surface of the LCD panel is accidentally damaged and the liquid (liquid crystal) inside leaks, please do not let the liquid come into contact with your mouth, inhale or stain it on the skin. If the liquid gets into your eyes  or mouth, immediately rinse with water for 5 minutes or more, and then see a doctor. In addition, if the liquid gets on your skin or clothes immediately wipe it off with alcohol and wash it with soap. If it is left as it is, it will damage  the skin and clothing.

19. Do not use this product on an airplane. This may cause aircraft instrument malfunctions.

20. Do not install or place it on the dashboard or in a hot place in a car in summer. The product will get very hot and may cause a fire.

21. When moving, unplug the power plug from the socket and disconnect the connected cable.

22. Do not push the screen hard or subject it to impact. Applying force to the screen may cause damage, malfunction, or injury.

23. Do not press the screen with sharp objects. This may cause damage, malfunction, or injury.

24. Do not rub or hit the product with hard objects. This may cause damage and injury.

25. To prevent fire and electric shock, please do the following:
    When unplugging the power plug, be sure to pull on the power plug.
    When cleaning the product or when not using it for a long time (such as at night or on holidays), unplug the power plug from the outlet.
    If the power plug or power cord is hot, or if the power plug is loose, stop using it and consult your dealer or a customer service center.

26. Do not use it in high-temperature places, such as in direct sunlight or near heating equipment. This may cause overheating and fire.

27. Do not place it on a swaying table or unstable place. Otherwise, it may fall or cause injury.

28. Protect it from shocks and vibrations.

29. Do not let the product lie on your stomach and turn it upside down. This may cause heat accumulation, overheating, fire, or malfunction.

30. Don’t put anything on the product.

31. Do not place it in a poorly ventilated place, on a carpet or futon, or hang it. If the ventilation is poor, heat may accumulate inside, causing malfunction, overheating, or fire.

32. When the unit is moved from a cold place to a warm place, or the room temperature suddenly increases due to heating, condensation may form on its surface or inside. If condensation forms, do not turn on the power until the condensation is gone. Condensation will be the cause of failure (to prevent condensation, please gradually increase the room temperature).

33. Do not touch the hot part of the device for a long time. May cause lowtemperature burns.

34. The product cannot be used for installation or control in equipment requiring high reliability (e.g., aircraft, nuclear equipment, medical equipment related to life support).

35. For your health, please note the following:
    For continuous use, take 10 to 15 minutes of rest every hour to rest your eyes.
    Do not use it in places with large differences between light and dark.
    Do not use the screen in direct sunlight.

After-sales service

Product Quality Assurance
The product has a warranty. If the product fails according to the instruction manual under normal operating conditions, please provide a receipt and the date of purchase and delivery note so that the product can be repaired for free  within one year from the date of purchase, or we can decide to exchange it with an equivalent product.
The LED backlight of the light source is a consumable item and is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty

The warranty covers only the main body of the product. The software, accessories/consumables, or data stored in this product or connected products are not covered by the warranty.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. The warranty period has expired.
2. If you bought it as a second-hand item.
3. Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightning strike, salt damage, other natural disasters, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
4. Failure or damage caused by improper operation such as falls or impacts during movement or transportation.
5. Failure or damage caused by improper connection, or failure or damage caused by other connected devices or programs.
6. Damage due to improper use, or violating the precautions in the user manual.
7. Failure or damage caused by the user’s maintenance and management.
8. Modification, adjustment, parts replacement, etc. done by the user.
9. When we judge that the device has reached the end of life.
10. If the warranty period of the product is uncertain, and it is used with equipment other than specified in the user manual.
11. When we judge that it is beyond the scope of this guarantee.

Parts with limited life

During the normal use of the device, some parts may gradually deteriorate or wear out, thereby greatly shortening the service life. These parts are called “life cycle components”.
This device contains limited life parts.
Depending on the conditions of use, such as working environment (temperature and humidity, etc.), frequency of use, elapsed time, etc., parts may need to be replaced early (cost).
Limited life parts: “Backlight”.
