Before getting started, let’s make sure this mount is perfect for you.

1. Is your monitor VESA less than or equal to 100 x 100 mm / 3.9 x 3.9” or greater than or equal to VESA 75 x 75mm / 3x 3″ ?
2. Does your monitor (including accessories) weigh less than 26.4 Ibs (12 kg) ?

• Not all hardware included in this package will be used.
  CAUTION
  + Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
  – DO NOT use this product for any purpose that is NOT explicitly specified in this manual. DO NOT exceed weight capacity. We are NOT liable for damage or injury caused by Improper mounting, incorrect assembly o inappropriate use.
  – Before starting assembly, verify all parts are included and undamaged. DO NOT use damaged or defective parts. If you require replacement parts, contact our customer service at support@irongearav.com.
  WARNING
  – This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed.
  ~This product contains contents under pressure. DO NOT puncture or expose to fire or flame. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the product. If defective, return to the manufacturer.
  ~The desk must be capable of supporting three times the weight of the total load (the mount, the monitor and all accessories weight).
  Don’t use the product on particle board.

Product Features

TENSION ADJUSTMENT SHOULD BE DONE ONLY AFTER Monitor INSTALLATION

Attention

DO NOT adjust tension without monitor attached.

1. Verify the weight of your monitor (including accessories) is between 3.31-26.4 Ibs (1.5 – 12 kg).
2. Monitor weight information can be found within its box or manual.
3. Ensure monitor has been securely attached to the mount.

WARNING:

• Gas Spring Arm is under pressure and should be handled with care.
• Failure to follow the instructions may result in damage to the mount and / or personal injury.

CONTENS

Install the base

Option A: For Clamp Mounting

Option B: For Grommet Mounting

NOTE : If your desk has an existing grommet hole, remove plastic cover before installation. If there is no existing grommet hole, make a mark on your mounting surface, and use a drill to drill a hole 0.39-0.47” (10-12mm) in the mounting surface.

Attach the Arm Assembly to the Base

2-2 Slide arm [05] onto arm extension [06] and secure by tightening the set screw. Then attach the monitor plate connector.

Attach the Monitor Plate to the Monitor

Option A: For Flat Back Monitor

Option B: For Curved Back Monitor

Hang the Monitor to the Arm

Slide the monitor onto the head of swivel arm, install the security bolt [E]. Make sure the security bolt is installed before you rotate the monitor.

Adjust the Gas spring  Tension

Ensure the arm is held in a horizontal position (parallel to  desktop) during adjustment. Failing to do so may result  in difficulty adjusting or potential damage to the mount.

1. IF the gas spring arm RISES with the monitor attached, hold the arm in a horizontal position while using the large Allen key [F] to turn the adjustment bolt CLOCKWISE, REDUCING the arm tension.
2. IF the gas spring arm LOWERS with the monitor attached, hold the arm in a horizontal position while using the large Allen Key [F] to turn the adjustment bolt COUNTER-CLOCKWISE, INCREASING the arm tension.

Rotation Restriction

Tilt & Swivel Adjustment

Directly adjust your monitor to your desired angle. If it is difficult to adjust, you can slightly loosen the bolt and then adjust the monitor to your desired position. Re-tighten the bolt to hold the monitor in the desired position.
