SIGN UP
OPEN THE TECTECTEC! GOLF GPS APP AND CLICK ON THE BUTTON TO “SIGN UP”. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SCREEN, SELECT “TEAMS E” AND THEN CLICK ON THE BUTTON TO “SUBMIT”. THE “DEVICE SERIAL NUMBER” IS LOCATED ON THE FRONT OF THIS MANUAL.

THE TEAM’S E COMES WITH A USB TO USB-C CABLE. PLUG THE CABLE INTO THE PORT ON THE CHARGING CASE. PUT THE EARBUDS INTO THE CASE, THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUT DOWN AND CHARGE.
A SINGLE CHARGE LASTS 1-2 ROUNDS DEPENDING ON THE USAGE.

BATTERY LEVEL OF THE CASE LED:

  • GREENLIGHT, REMAINING POWER >50%
  • SOLID ORANGE LIGHT, REMAINING POWER 20-50 %
  • FLASHING ORANGE LIGHT, REMAINING POWER< 20%

CONNECT TO OTHER DEVICES

  1. CLOSE THE TECTECTEC GOLF GPS APP.

  3. THEN GO TO THE BLUETOOTH PARAMETERS AND SELECT ‘TEAMS E”.

FAQ

THE TEAM EIS IS A GPS DEVICE THAT REQUIRES A CONSTANT WIFI OR CELLULAR CONNECTION TO RETRIEVE INFORMATION FROM THE SERVER.

  • THE SOUND COMES OUT FROM MY PHONE, NOT FROM THE EARBUDS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    • GO TO YOUR BLUETOOTH SETTINGS, THEN PAIR TEAMS E. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MIGHT SEE TWO TEAMS ON YOUR BLUETOOTH SETTINGS.
  • DO I HAVE TO PAIR MY DEVICE MANUALLY EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP?
    • NO, THE APP WILL RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE AND AUTO PAIR.
  • LOW BATTERY: WHEN THE BATTERY IS LOW, THE EARBUDS WILL NOTIFY YOU.
