CAUTION IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This floor lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a
safety feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter the plug.
CLEANING:
Before cleaning your lamp, turn off the switch or power source. Wipe the
lamp with a soft, clamp cloth.
ATTENTION:
- Turn off/unplug and allow to cool before changing the bulb. Never touch the bulb when the lamp is switched on.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
