- Q: Can I install the fixture myself?
- A: High bay light installation requires knowledge of luminaires and electrical systems. If you are not qualified, we recommend contacting a qualified electrician for installation.
- Q: Can I install the fixture in wet locations?
- A: Yes, the fixture is suitable for wet locations. However, make sure the power is off prior to installation.
- Q: Can I cover the fixture with insulation?
- A: No, the fixture is suitable for non-insulated surface and frame. Do not cover it with insulation liner or similar material.
- Q: Can I install the fixture on unstable surfaces?
- A: No, the fixture should not be installed on unstable, loose, or easily breakable surfaces.
Product Usage Instructions
Installation Instructions
Important: Read instructions carefully before installing. Keep these instructions for future reference. Fixtures must be wired in accordance with the national electrical code and all applicable local codes. Proper grounding is required for safety. This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a qualified electrician who is familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
WARNING
- Risk of fire or electric shock. High bay light installation requires knowledge of luminaires and electrical systems. If not qualified, DO NOT attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Suitable for wet locations. Make sure the power is off prior to installation.
- Risk of fire or electric shock. Suitable for non-insulated surface and frame. DO NOT cover fixture with insulation liner or similar material.
- DO NOT install in unstable, loose or easily breakable surfaces.
- DO NOT let objects impact or exert force on the surface of the fixture.
Chain Type Installation
- Take the lamp and accessories out of the carton.
- Take hook through the hoop of chain.
- Install the hook into the hole, rotary hook up.
- Connect the chain to the installation location, and adjust the lamp high, level, and balance.
- Open the terminal block.
- Connect the AC wire.
- (Optional) Connect dimming wire.
- After the power cord is correctly connected, reinstall the access plate.
- Wrap wires with metal material.
Steel Pipe Type Installation
- Hold the plate by screws.
- Take lamp up, pipe through the hole.
- Lock the plate by screw nut.
- Open the terminal block, connect the AC wire as before.
- After the power cord is correctly connected, reinstall the access plate.
Protective Net Type Installation
- Take the protective net out of the carton.
- Take the protective net up and move it to the appropriate location.
- Install fixed clamp, aim at holes.
- Lock the fixed clamp by screw.
- Then lock the other three fixed clamps.

- Before installation, turn power off.
The specific steps of chain type installation
- Take the lamp and accessories out of the carton.
- Take hook through the hoop of chain.
- Install the hook into the hole, rotary hook up.
- Connect the chain to the installation location, and adjust the lamp high, level and balance.
- Open the terminal block.
- Connect the AC wire.
- (optional) Connect dimming wire.
- After the power cord is correctly connected, reinstall the access plate.
- Wrap wires with metal material.
The specific steps of Steel pipe type installation
- Hold the plate by screws.
- Take lamp up, pipe through the hole.
- Lock the plate by screw nut.
- Open the terminal block, connect the AC wire as before.
- After the power cord is correctly connected, reinstall the access plate.
- Cover the mounting plate.(finish)
The specific steps of protective net type installation
- Take the protective net out of the carton.
- Take the protective net up and move to the appropriate location.
- Installed fixed clamp, aim at holes.
- Lock the fixed clamp by screw.
- Then lock the other three fixed clamp.(finish)
- If installation by chain or by wirerope, user can also install protective net.(finish)
