Warranty

This product has a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is invalid in the case of improper installation, tampering, removal of the Q.C. date label, installation in an improper working environment or installation not according to the current edition of the National Electric Code. If this product fail during the warranty period, it will be replaced free of charge, subject to correct installation and return of the faulty unit. we does not accept responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of this product. Dimming Operation Process

  1. Dimming Operation Process without ballast.
  2. Step①: Turn on the on/off switch, if the user wants to use the maximum brightness, no more operation is needed.
  3. Step②: If the user wants a certain brightness, the user needs to turn on the on/off switch again and the maximum brightness of 100% of the tube will be reached at the beginning of this time, then the brightness will go down to 10% of the maximum brightness within 10 seconds, it will reach a certain lumen as user’ s demand in the 10 seconds by pushing the on/off switch again, if not pushing the on/offswitch in 10 seconds, the brightness of the tube will go from 10% to 100%, the user also can make the decision of the brightness within this 10 seconds.
  4. Step③: If the user makes the decision by pushing the on/off witch to off in the 10 seconds as above and turns on the on/off switch in next 20 seconds, the demand brightness will be applied from that time.
  5. Step④: If the user didn’ t follow step 3 pushing the on/off switch, the 100% of brightness will be applied, if the user wants to make demand brightness again, the new operation circle needs to be conducted.
  6. Dimming Operation Process with ballast
  7. A: If a dimmable ballast be used, the dimming performance will depend on the ballast.
  8. B: If a non-dimmable ballast be used, the lamp will be at 100% brightness.

Installation

” Plug” and ” Play” procedure

  1. Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breakerpanel before installation.
  2. Open the diffuser from the light fixture.
  3. Remove the fluorescent tube. Please dispose of these items properly as they contain mercury.
  4. Put LED tube into the lighting fixture.
  5. Install the LED tube, close the diffuser.
  6. Turn on the power.

Retrofit procedure

  1. Turn off the power to the light fixture at the breaker panel before installation.
  2. Open the diffuser from the light fixture.
  3. Remove the fluorescent tube. Please dispose of these items properly as they contain mercury.
  4. Cut the wires shown as the diagram below.
  5. Make the new wire connect to branch circuit shown as the diagram below.
  6. Replace the cover over the wiring channel.
  7. Install the LED tube, close the diffuser.
  8. Turn on the power.

For one ballast by three fluorescent tubes fixture, need to put at least two pieces of ballast compatible tube.
For one ballast by four fluorescent tubes fixture, need to put at least three pieces of ballast compatible tube.
