Instruction for use
- Insert the plug into the socket. (Be sure to turn it off before use)
- Push switch up to activate massage.
- intensity settings (I, II) are for your options. The first position is Low intensity (I) and the second one is high intensity (II).
- Do not use the machine on your body for any more than 15 minutes in any one session and not for longtime on one specific muscle area.
- Push switch down to “0” position to turn it off and pull the plug out of the socket when the massage is finished.
- Drink some water after the massage as it will help to improve body metabolism.
Maintenance
- Before cleaning, make sure the plug is out of the socket and the temperature of unit is down completely.
- Use the soft and slightly damp cloth to wipe.
- Return this product back to its packing box after use, and put it on a dry and clean place.
- Keep this product out of the reach of children.
