pTron Basspods 781 True Wireless Stereo Earbuds User Manual

Button Operations:

Power ON: Take out the both earbuds from the charging case, it will get ON automatically. Else, Touch & hold the TCA for 3 seconds on both the earbuds to Power ON. Blue & red LED will flash alternatively to indicate that earbuds are turned on. You will also hear a voice prompt ‘ Power On”.

Power OFF: Touch & hold the TCA on left and right earbuds for 3 seconds or keep the earbuds inside the charging case.

Google Assistant/Siri: Touch & hold TCA for 1 seconds to activate voice assistant function on your device. The sound of two beep is to indicate that the function is active.

Receive/Hang-up Call: Tap on TCA once on either earbud .

Call Reject : Tap & hold TCA for 2 second on either earbud .

Music Ploy/ Pause: Tap on TCA once either earbud.

Next Song: Tap on TCA twice on either earbud.

Previous Song: Tap on TCA thrice an either earbud.

Note : Fully charge the earbud s before using it for the first time.

Wireless Connection

1. Turn ON both the earbuds, blue & reel light will flash alternatively to indicate that earbuds are fumed ON.
2. Left & Right earbuds will get automatically paired to each other within seconds after getting turned ON.
3. Blue & Red light will flash alternatively to find the Bluetooth connection.
4. Turn ON the Bluetooth on Your device & search “pTron TWS ” in your Bluetooth device list to connect the earbuds.
5. Blue light will flash every 5 seconds after successful connection with your device. You will also hear a voice “pTron TWS is Connected”.

Charging

1. Earbuds will power off automatically when placed info the charging box. In the meantime, the Red inclinator is permanently ON during charging. and once it is fully charged the Blue inclinator will turn ON & offer 15 seconds it will turn OFF.
2. After connecting the charging box with a Type-C USB, the charging % digit will flick till charging is 00.
3. For earbuds, the digital display will show 4 horizontal bars for charging. The number of horizontal bars represents the battery capacity of earbuds.
4. The charging box is ON when the earbuds are getting charged. and the display is turned off after charging is finished. The number on the display represents the battery capacity of the charging box.

Note : In case of low battery . please charge the earbuds immediately to avoid connectivity issues.

Troubleshooting

1. One Earbud is Not Working
   a) Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
   b) Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
   c) Wait until L & R earbud match to each other. After successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red light.
   d) Turn OF the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “pTron TWS” & connect.

2. Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning
   a) Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
   b) Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
   c) Restart your Bluetooth device or Dhone.
   d) Now, search for “pTron TWS” on your Bluetooth device & connect.

3. Earbuds Disconnecting During a Phone Call
   a) Charge the earbuds 100% before use.
   b) Restart the earbuds and reconnect with your device.
