How to Reset Jabra Engage to Default Settings
When you reset your Jabra Engage 65, all previous settings will be cleared. You can reset the headset using the base or Jabra Direct software.
Resetting with the Base:
- Dock the headset in the base.
- Simultaneously press and hold (for 3 seconds) the Answer call button and the End call button on the base.
- The headset and base will reboot, and all settings will return to their default values.
Note : You can also reset the base and headset using Jabra Direct software.
Resetting with Jabra Direct:
- Install Jabra Direct software on your computer if you haven’t already.
- Connect the Jabra Engage base to your computer using a USB cable.
- Launch the Jabra Direct software.
- Select your Jabra Engage base from the device list.
- Click on the “Reset to Factory Defaults” option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.
