2. Select the appropriate document from the region applicable to you (USA, Canada, UK/Ireland, France, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru).
3. Click on the link provided for the EULA (for Roku Smart Home devices) in the preferred language (English, French, Spanish).
4. Review the EULA and familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions.
5. If you agree to the EULA, proceed with setting up your Roku Smart Home device following the instructions provided in the respective product manual.

Limited warranty

For any Roku® Smart Home device, Roku streaming player, Roku Streaming Stick®, or Roku audio device, Roku warrants the hardware against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) if used by the provided documentation. If Roku determines that the device’s hardware is defective during the Warranty Period, Roku’s sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, will be to either repair or replace the unit with either a new or rebuilt device, at its option. You may also return a device for any reason, subject to the terms of the applicable return policy: 1) Within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase from Roku; or 2) within the applicable return period if purchased from an authorized re-seller or distributor.
