How To Use the Laptop Adapter

Please follow the steps to use this charger.

1. When using this product, please confirm if you’re using the correct DC male plug to ensure that it will work properly.
2. Please read the product manual carefully before using the laptop adapter and check if the product is physically damaged.
3. Before use, please confirm if this adapter’s input voltage, output voltage, and output power are similar to your original adapter.
4. This adapter’s operating temperature is 320F-1040F, while its storage temperature is 400F-1580F. Please do not immerse it in liquid.
5. When using the product for the first time, please connect the AC plug to the power outlet first, then connect the DC plug to the laptop connector.

MAINTENANCE

We offer a one-year free maintenance service for anyone who purchases electronic products from our company. When customers need technical support services, we will wholeheartedly provide you with the best professional service.

1. For customers who purchased a product within 7 days: In case of product failure, you can choose to get a full refund, replacement, or repair.
2. For customers who purchased a product within 15 days: In case of product failure, you can choose to get it replaced or repaired.
3. For customers who purchased a product beyond 15 days, it’s still within the warranty period, and you can choose to have it repaired for free.

Free maintenance will not be available for the products if:

1. The customer cannot provide the receipt and order number for the product.

3. After purchase, the product was broken due to damage caused by drops to the ground or into the water, or due to improper storage.

5. The product was damaged due to unauthorized repair, transformation, disassembly, or cleaning.

ATTENTION:

1. Do not short-circuit, disassemble, or put the product in a high-temperature environment to avoid accidents.
2. Do not use excess power. Please check the voltage and power of products and electronic equipment carefully. [Power (W) Voltage (V) x Current (A). The output power of the product should not be less than the input power of the electronic equipment.]
