Product Usage Instructions

Pay Attention Before Using

  1. Choose the right accessories. Use a Magsafe case or no case for a smoother experience. Avoid using a normal case without Magsafe function.
  2. Do not use a protective case thicker than 2mm as it may prevent charging.
  3. For best results, use a wall adapter with at least 15W output (not included).

LED Indicator
The power bank features an LED indicator to display the charging status. The following table explains the different LED states:

Charge Level Number of LEDs On & Blinking Charging Status
100% All LEDs on Full charge
75-99% Three LEDs on High charge level
50-75% Two LEDs on Medium charge level
25-50% One LED on Low charge level
0-25% All LEDs blinking Very low charge level

Charging Your Power Bank

To charge the power bank, follow these steps:

  1. Connect the Type-C cable to the Type-C port on the power bank.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a wall adapter with at least 15W output (not included).
  3. The LED indicator will show the charging progress. When all LEDs are solid, the power bank is fully charged.

Charging Your Phone with Power Bank

To wirelessly charge your phone using the power bank, follow these steps:

  1. Press the button on the power bank for 2 seconds to wake up the wireless charging function.
  2. Place your compatible iPhone (iPhone 12/12 Mini/12 Pro/12 Pro Max, iPhone 13/13 Mini/13 Pro/13 Pro Max) on the MagSafe charging area of the power bank.
  3. The LED indicator will show the charging progress. When all LEDs are solid, your phone is fully charged.
  4. To turn off the wireless charging function, press the button on the power bank for 2 seconds to shut it down.

FAQ

Why does the power bank get hot during charging?
Heating is a normal phenomenon of inductive wireless charging. Energy loss and heat generation occur during the wireless transmission process. Therefore, it is expected that the power bank, especially the Magsafe charger, may heat up.

Should I be concerned about the power bank heating up?

  1. iPhones have overheating protection. When your iPhone gets too hot, it goes into a cool-down mode to prevent damage.
  2. The power bank also has overheating protection. It may limit charging if it overheats to ensure your safety and the safety of your iPhone.
