HRD103 AM and FM 2 Band Stereo Radio
Thanks for your purchase, this is a pocket size AM/FM 2 band digital tuning
stereo radio, it is build-in lithium battery.
The radio has these features:
it is portable size; stereo reception; low power consumption, lithium battery
has long life; stable reception; Buttons operation are very easy for users;
LCD display; Large chip capacity(each band can be memory 29pcs stations); has
Power off memory; The radio can be fully automatic scan station; Manually
save station; Delete memory station; set mute function. you can adjust the AM
step value what you need(9KHZ/10KHZ).

Earphone: 3.5mm earphone jack(The earphone cable is the antenna of this
radio. Please plug the earplug in before using),Using the earphone to avoid
disturbing others.
DC 5V Charging: connect external power DC 5V to Micro USB charging jack,
charging lithium battery of radio
LCD Display: Display the frequency point, FM/AM mode, storage/recall
station, volume, battery symbol
POWER: ON/OFF power / setting mute
VOLUME+/-: Adjusting volume increase or decrease
TUNER ∧∨: Manual tuning/automatic tuning function
AM/FM / SCAN: AM/FM 2 band switching / Automatic scan and storage
station function
MEMO / DEL: Manual storage station/delete station function
STORE (M-/M+) : preset recall station/Setting lock function

POWER: ON/OFF power / Setting mute
ON/OFF power:
Long press POWER button about 1 second, turn on the radio.
Power-on status, long press POWER button 1 second ,turn off the radio.
Setting mute:
Power-on state, short press POWER button for setting mute. you can see the
mute symbol display on the right side of the LCD.
Canceling mute function: short press POWER again for canceling the mute
function, the mute symbol will disappear on the LCD. the radio recover
listening.
VOLUME+/-: Adjusting volume increase or decrease
Power-on status, short press VOLUME+/-button, increase/decrease volume 1 level
.long press VOLUME+/- button, increase/decrease volume quickly. it will stop
change volume after loosen your hand.
TUNER∧∨: Manual tuning/automatic tuning function:
FM step value is: 0.1MHZ,AM step value is 9KHZ or 10KH
Manual tuning: short press TUNER∧∨,the frequency point change increase or
decrease by the step value.
Automatic tuning function: long press TUNER∧∨ 1 second, the radio will
automatic search, when get the signal broadcast, it will stop automatic
search, and play the signal broadcast..
Tips: In order to search the target frequency, two methods can be mixed
for using.
AM/FM / SCAN: AM/FM 2 band switching / Automatic scan and storage station
function
AM/FM switching:
In order to selecting stations more quickly for user, FM mode is setting two
band FM1:64-108mhz,FM2:87-108MHZ
Pressing AM/FM button each time, LCD display FM 64MHZ,FM 87MHZ,AM mode. Users
please select the band mode according to actual needs
Automatic scan and storage station function:
Long press SCAN button about 1 second, the radio start automatic scan and
storage station function on the current mode status. LCD display “SCAN
0”symbol.
In the current mode, the station is searched from the lowest frequency to the
highest frequency, and the station with signal will be automatically saved to
the memory storage station of the radio, starting from the memory storage
station address number 1 ). If no station with signal is found, LCD will
display “no”.
MEMO / DEL: Manual storage station/delete station function
Manual storage station:
Press TUNER ∧∨button, get the target frequency point, short press MEMO button,
LCD display”MEMO1-29”symbol and flashing(the number 1 to number 29 is the
stations address),flashing time is about 5 second, please press MEMO button
again within flashing time 5 second.it is finish the Manual storage station
successfully.
If do not press MEMO button again, will fail for storage
( Tips: Each band can be memory stations:29pcs,if more than 29pcs is used
up, the display will show the “FULL” symbol, which mean you need delete some
radio stations, especially weak signal stations to free up memory.one
frequency can be storage on one storage number. you can be replaced with new
ones.
Replace station operation as following:
Press TUNER ∧∨ button, search the new target station, short press MEMO button,
then press M+/M- button select the station address which need replace. after
that, please press MEMO button again.
( note : after finish storage station operation, please check them by the
M+/- button)
Delete station function:
Short press M+/- button select the station which need delete, long press DEL
button about 1 second. you will find the delete memory station frequency point
is disappear on the LCD.
STORE (M-/M+): preset recall station/Setting lock function
preset recall station:
Short press M+/- button, you can select stored memory station
Setting lock operation:
In order to prevent the radio in the use process, wrong press the button cause
frequency jump, can set the radio lock function, long press M- button for 1
second, LCD display lock symbol, at this time, all button functions have been
locked.
Cancel lock function, long press M- for 1 second, the lock symbol disappears,
indicating that the lock function has been removed
USB charging
The radio is designed Micro USB charging jack.
When the battery symbol on the LCD is flashing, it mean the battery is low,
please connect external power DC 5v rechargeable as soon as possible.
(Power-on or power-off status all can be charged)
The radio charging status is the battery symbol will flash.
When full rechargeable, the battery symbol stop flash, please unplug the the
USB cable.
Note: please check that the output voltage of the adapter is DC 5V,
recommended output current is 1A-3A.
3.5MM Earphone:
When inserting the headphone plug, please turn the volume to moderate.

Adjusting AM step value :9KHZ/10KHZ
Power-off status, long press “M-”and “MEMO” two button at the same time. after
3 seconds, display current AM step value on the LCD: show the number: 9 or
10,then,please short press TUNER∧∨ button for adjusting the correct AM step
value which you need.
Note: in the United states, Canada, Mexico and other American and South
American countries must set to 10KHZ,other countries must to set to 9KHZ.
AM step 9KHZ frequency range:522-1710KHZ
AM step 10Khz frequency range:520-1710KHZ
Notice item:
- Please avoid high press , strong collision , drop or water.
- Don’t place radio under sunshine , high temperature , high humidity area or store radio at environment of temperature < -5℃ or >50℃.
- Don’t clean case with chemical solvent to avoid damage of radio casing.
- Don’t disassemble the radio or change specification of inner part radio.
