Product Overview for Keyboard
- Charging Indicator:
- Stay in red while charging and turn off after fully charging.
- Fn Lock Indicator:
- Press the “fn” + Esc” keys to activate or cancel the Fn lock function.
- When the indicator is green, the fn lock function is on.
- Number Lock Indicator:
- Press the “num” key to activate or cancel the number lock function.
- When the indicator is on, the number lock function is activated.
- Caps Lock Indicator:
- Press the “caps lock” key to switch between uppercase and lowercase.
- Power Indicator:
- When power on the keyboard, the indicator will be on for 3s.
- When power is low, the indicator will keep flashing.
- Power Switch: slide “ON”/ “OFF” to turn on/off the keyboard.
- Charging Port: for charging.
Product Overview for Mouse
- ON/OFF Switch: move right to turn on and left to turn off the mouse.
- Storage Slot: used to store the USB Receiver and hold two AAA batteries (not included).
- DPI Switch: 3 levels of DPI are adjustable (1000/1200/1600), to change the cursor sensitivity by clicking the DPI Switch button (the higher the DPI, the higher the sensitivity in cursor moving).
- Scroll Button: for scrolling.
Charging the Keyboard
- Charge the keyboard by including a Micro USB cable; the charging indicator will glow in red while in charging and turn off after fully charged.
- (Note: output is DC5.0V/200mA; USB charger is not included)
Sleep Mode
- The keyboard and mouse will enter sleep mode if idle for 10 minutes.
- Press any key to exist in sleep mode.
Keys and Functions
- The table below describes special key combinations for Windows and Mac OS.
- For all the media keys to work as normal, before using, please press the keys “fn”+ “Q” to Mac OS or “fn”+ “W” to Windows.
Gray Keys
- Gray Keys are used for Mac OS users.
- Before using, please press change the input method to British (not PC-Brit-ish). You can press ctritspace keys to change the input method.
- Note: this means to press this key directly. Shift + related key means press shift and related keys simultaneously.
Pairing Steps
For Windows users:
- Step 1. Remove the USB Receiver from the bottom of the mouse and insert two AAA batteries into the slot (AAA batteries are not included).
- Step 2. Move the mouse ON/OFF switch to “ON” to turn on the mouse.
- Step 3. Plug the USB Receiver into the port of the computer.
- Step 4. Move the keyboard power switch to “ON” to turn on the keyboard.
- Step 5. Press the keys “fn” + “W” to switch to the Windows layout.
- Step 6. Done, ready to use.
Tips
- Keep away from oil, chemicals, liquids, and snacks.
- Keep away from sharp objects.
- Keep away from metal and other sources of wireless signal.
For Mac OS users:
- Step 1. Remove the USB Receiver from the bottom of the mouse and insert two AAA batteries into the slot (AAA batteries are not included).
- Step 2. Move the mouse ON/OFF switch to “ON” to turn on the mouse.
- Step 3. Plug the USB Receiver into the USB-A port of the computer or a hub.
- NOTE: if your Mac has a USB-C port, please connect it to a hub.
- Step 4. Move the keyboard power switch to “ON” to turn on the keyboard.
- Step 5. Press keys “fn” + “Q” to switch to the Mac layout.
- Step 6. Done, ready to use.

A. Keyboard re-pairing guide
- Step 1. Plug out the USB receiver from the computer port.
- Step 2. Turn off the keyboard, and then turn it on.
- Step 3. Press the keys “esc” + “Q” simultaneously, and the power indicator will flash green quickly.
- Step 4. Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into the computer within 10 seconds and keep the keyboard close to the USB Receiver within 30cm (0.98ft).
- Step 5. With the re-pairing success, the power indicator will flash 3 times and then be off.
B. Mouse re-paring guide
- Step 1. Plug out the USB receiver from the computer port.
- Step 2. Move the mouse ON/OFF switch to “OFF” to turn off the mouse.
- Step 3. Hold the mouse’s right key and scroll the button for 3 seconds.
- Step 4. Move the mouse ON/OFF switch to “ON” to turn on the mouse.
- Step 5. Plug the USB Receiver into the computer within 10 seconds and keep the mouse close to the receiver within 30cm(0.98ft).
- Step 6. Move the mouse to test whether it is working or not.

Note:
- It is not fully compatible with Mac mini, smart TV, and Xbox.
- If your Mac is a USB-C port, please try to connect it by a hub. extender or something similar.
FAQ
Keyboard/Mice – Buttons or keys do not work correctly.
Possible solutions:
- Restart your PC/laptop and iClever Keyboard/mouse.
- Clean the button/key with compressed air.
- Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or something similar.
- Windows only — try a different USB port.
- Try on a different USB port or a different computer.
Delay when using the device/connection drops/cannot connect at all/ device doesn’t wake up the computer after sleep.
Possible solutions:
- Restart your PC/laptop and iClever keyboard.
- Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, or something similar.
- Move the device closer to the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay.
- Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference.
- Charge the keyboard for 30 minutes and replace the new AAA batteries for the mouse.
- Windows only — check if any Windows updates are running in the background that may cause the delay.
- Mac only — check if any background updates may cause the delay.
- Try on a different USB port or try on a different computer.
How to Fix Keyboard Typing Multiple Letters on Windows.
Click the win key> Settings> Ease of Access> Keyboard> find “Use Filter Keys” and turn it on.
How to Fix Keyboard Typing Multiple Letters on Mac
- On a Mac, choose the Apple menu > “System Preferences”, click Keyboard”, and choose the Keyboard tab.
- Locate the “Key Repeat” slider setting and adjust it to the “Off” position.
