• NEVER drop or insert any object into any opening.

• DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.

• DO NOT stand on or in the appliance. Use only while seated.

• DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.

• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove the plug from the outlet.

• Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. DO NOT use over insensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

• Do not use a massager in close proximity to loose clothing or jewelry.

• Keep long hair away from massager while in use.

• Not recommended for use by diabetics.
• NEVER leave the unit unattended, especially if children are present.
• NEVER cover the unit when it is in operation.
• If at any time soreness, rash, or pain occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 20 minutes at a time.
• Extensive use could lead to the product’s excessive heating and shorter life. Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
• NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
• DO NOT use this product before bedtime. The massager has a stimulating effect and can delay sleep.
• NEVER use this product while in bed.
• This product should never be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user’s capacity to operate the controls.
• This product should NOT be used by children or invalids without adult supervision.
• This product is intended for household use only.
• This product is not intended for use in automobiles.
  NOTE: Massager automatically shuts off after 20 minutes of continuous use.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the massager from the electrical outlet before cleaning.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• DO NOT clean the massager with alcohol or any liquid chemical cleansers.
• Store in a cool, dry place.

OPERATION

To reduce the risk of electric shock, this unit is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.

TURNING THE UNIT ON/OFF

1. Insert the plug into an AC 120V electrical outlet.
2. Press the main power switch on the bottom of the unit to turn on.
3. Place the unit on the floor in front of your chair or seat.
4. Place your feet in the footbeds.
5. Press on the control panel to turn the unit on.
6. Press again to turn the unit off.

NOTE: The air pressure will begin on low intensity in the massage program SOOTHE.

NOTE: It is recommended to wear socks while using the unit. Do not use with shoes.

IMPORTANT: Do not stand on the unit or use it while standing. Do not sit on the unit.

| The massager is preprogrammed with 3 massage programs. Each provides a different combination of kneading and air-pressure massage. Press PULSE, SOOTHE, or ENERGIZE to try each massage program.
Heat| Press the HEAT to turn on the heat. Press a second time to turn the heat off.
