Product Usage Instructions

Preparation

Before using the ULTIMATEHOME 700, make sure to follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the product is fully charged by placing it on the charging stand and connecting the adaptor properly.
  2. Install the brush roll provided or replace it if necessary.
  3. Add clean water to the clean tank. Make sure the clean water tank is securely installed.
  4. Make sure the dirty water tank is empty and properly installed (only applicable for EFW71711).

Operating Modes

The ULTIMATE HOME 700 offers different operating modes:

  • TURBO AUTO: Automatically adjusts the power level based on the level of dirt and dust.
  • TURBO MIN: Provides maximum power for intensive cleaning.
  • TURBO MAX: Provides maximum power for heavy-duty cleaning.

Usage

Follow these steps to use the ULTIMATEHOME 700:

  1. Turn on the product by pressing the ON button.
  2. Select the desired operating mode using the appropriate button (TURBO AUTO, TURBO MIN, TURBO MAX).
  3. Move the product over the hard floor surface, allowing the brush roll to agitate and clean the floor.
  4. For stubborn stains or heavily soiled areas, you can manually adjust the power level using the provided controls.
  5. Continue cleaning until the desired results are achieved.
  6. Once finished, turn off the product by pressing the OFF button.

Self Cleaning Mode

The ULTIMATEHOME 700 features a self-cleaning mode for easy maintenance:

  1. Press and hold the SELF-CLEANING button for 2 seconds to activate the self-cleaning mode.
  2. The self-cleaning mode will run for approximately 2 minutes, ensuring the brush roll and internal components are thoroughly cleaned.

FAQ’s

The floor washer is not working. What should I do?
Possible reasons and solutions include:

  • Possible reason: Pump blockage.Solution: Add clean water in the clean tank.
  • Possible reason: Waterway blocked.Solution: Empty the dirty tank.
  • Possible reason: The brush roll is not installed or needs replacement.Solution: Install the brush roll or replace it.
  • Possible reason: The product is not fully charged.Solution: Fully charge the product.

No water comes out from the nozzle. What should I do?
Possible reasons and solutions include:

  • Possible reason: The bottom tube is dirty and blocked.Solution: Clean the bottom tube using the provided cleaning brush.
  • Possible reason: The clean water tank is empty.Solution: Add water in the clean water tank before using.

The dirty water tank is full, but the dirty water level is  much lower than the max level. What should I do?

Possible reasons and solutions include:

  • Possible reason: Excessive cleaning solution is added, resulting in a large amount of foam.
    Solution: Follow the instructions for adding the appropriate amount of cleaning solution.

  • Possible reason: The top cover of the dirty water tank and  solid-liquid separation holder are dirty. Solution: Clean them using paper towels or towels, or let them dry  for 24 hours before using.
