• The FreeBuds Pro 2’s new Pure Voice Call function is based on four microphones working simultaneously with Huawei’s self-developed deep neural network (DNN) call noise reduction algorithm to improve the accuracy of the devices ability to pick up voices while cancelling out ambient noises.
• This allows the other party to the user’s voice clearly even if the user is in a noisy environment. This feature is not only limited to voice calls but extends to social communication apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Line.

Triple-Mic hybrid ANC System
The HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 is equipped with the industry’s first TWS Triple-Mic hybrid ANC System for active noise reduction, a significant upgrade as compared to its previous model.

Objective product test
When under standard pink noise, the frequency depth was between 50Hz –3000Hz. When testing the ANC depth, the frequency bandwidth for a normal outdoor environment is 15dB* and reached maximum noise cancellation rates at low frequencies of nearly 47dB** on aircrafts.
Through comparative data, the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro 2 has a higher average ANC depth as compared to other products in the market and provides a better noise cancellation experience within a normal living environment at 50Hz – 3000Hz.

• The 15% increase in noise reduction as compared to the HUAWEI FreeBuds Pro is based on data collected by Huawei Labs. Tests were in accordance to 1/3 octave statistics of 50-3000Hz active level.
• Results are derived from data provide by Huawei Labs. Actual use may differ base on size of the user’s ear, earmuffs selected, structure of ear canal, wearing position and other conditions.
• Aircraft noise cancellation is only supported on Huawei phones running EMUI 12 or later, with Audio Manager updated to version 12.0.0.140 and above. After setting the connected smartphone to Airplane mode, the headset will automatically detect cabin noise with Intelligent Dynamic ANC 2.0.
