Assembly and Disassembly Procedures

Disassembly Procedure

  1. Step 1: Pull the base & stand assembly out.
  2. Step 2: Unscrew two screws at the I/O area.
  3. Step 3: Disassemble rear cover by a thin plastic tool from a slot at the bottom of rear cover.
  4. Step 4: Pull up the rear cover and pull out all connectors.
  5. Step 5: Disassemble deco cover.
  6. Step 6: Unscrew PCBA’s screws and disassemble frame L&R.
  7. Step 7: Remove F/B and take out the LCM, then separate Key board from F/B and LVDS cable from LCM.
  8. Step 8: Remove FFC from display board.
  9. Step 9: Unscrew hex nuts and six screws and remove main board PCBA from main shielding.
  10. Step 10: Disassemble rear cover assembly.
  11. Step 11: Unscrew the screw and separate base & neck assembly.
  12. Step 12: Remove six silicon rubbers.
  13. Step 13: Unscrew two screws and separate all small parts.

Assembly Procedure

  1. Step 1: Assembly 8 FFC to key board.
  2. Step 2: Assembly key board to rear cover and use cloth tape to fix cable.
  3. Step 3: Put speaker in rear cover and lock screw to fix.
  4. Step 4: Assemble frame L&R and lock screws to fix.
  5. Step 5: Assemble main board into shielding and put MB on panel side.
  6. Step 6: Insert 30pin LVDS to panel and MB.
  7. Step 7: Lock screws to fix MB and use tape to tape cables.
  8. Step 8: Use Al tape to tape main board and panel.
  9. Step 9: Insert 6pin cable to panel and main board.
  10. Step 10: Assemble deco cover to panel.
  11. Step 11: Insert 8pin FFC to MB and assembly rear cover with LCM.
  12. Step 12: Insert speaker cable to main board.
  13. Step 13: Assemble rear cover to LCM.
  14. Step 14: Lock rear cover screw (in red circle).
