Product Usage Instructions

Set Up

  1. Attach wheel kit:

  2. Connect the battery:
    • Cut cable tie on each side of battery connector. Push two halves of battery connector together tightly.
  3. Add oil:
    • Recommended: 10W-30, up to 37.2 fl. oz. (1100 ml) DO NOT overfill.
  4. Move the generator outdoors:
    • Move generator to an open, outdoor area. Point exhaust away from people and buildings. Never run generator inside a home or garage.
    • Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.
  5. Add fuel:
    • FOR GASOLINE OPERATION: DO NOT USE E15 OR E85

Start Up

  1. Select Fuel:
    • Gasoline: Turn fuel select dial to GASOLINE RUN position.
    • Propane: Turn fuel select dial to PROPANE RUN position.
    • Natural Gas: Turn fuel select dial to NATURAL GAS RUN position.
  2. Starting the Engine – Gasoline (Electric Start):
    • Press and hold the ignition switch to the START position.
    • Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
  3. Starting the Engine – Gasoline (Manual Start):
    • Pull the starter cord.
    • Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
  4. Starting the Engine – Propane (LPG) and Natural Gas (Electric Start):
    • Open the propane tank or natural gas valve.
    • Press the ignition switch to the START position for 2-3 seconds.
    • Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
    • Press and hold the ignition switch to the START position.
    • If engine does not start, wait 10 seconds, then repeat step 3.
  5. Starting the Engine – Propane (LPG) and Natural Gas (Manual Start):
    • Open the propane tank or natural gas valve.
    • Pull the starter cord 2-3 times until you feel some combustion pulses.
    • Move the choke lever to the RUN position.
    • Pull the starter cord.

FAQ

  • Q: Can I use E15 or E85 gasoline in this generator?
    A: No, for gasoline operation, do not use E15 or E85.

Set Up

  1. Open shipping carton. ° Assembly > Unpacking

  3. Connect the battery. ° Assembly > Connect the Battery.

  11. Gas Natural (GN)

  12. DO NOT plug in any electrical devices.
    NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON!

Select Fuel. ° Operation > Starting the Engine.

Gasoline: Turn fuel select dial to “GASOLINE RUN” position. Propane: Turn fuel select dial to “PROPANE RUN” position. Natural Gas: Turn fuel select dial to “NATURAL GAS RUN” position. Move the choke lever to the “CHOKE” position.

Starting the Engine: Gasoline
Gasolina Electric Start

  1. Press and hold the ignition switch to the “START” position.
  2. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.

Manual Start

  1. Pull the starter cord.
  2. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.

Starting the Engine: Propane (LPG) and Natural Gas

Electric Start

  1. Open the propane tank or natural gas valve.
  2. Press the ignition switch to the “START” position for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.
  4. Press and hold the ignition switch to the “START” position.
  5. If engine does not start, wait 10 seconds, then repeat step 3.

Manual Start

  1. Open the propane tank or natural gas valve
  2. Pull the starter cord 2-3 times until you feel some combustion pulses.
  3. Move the choke lever to the “RUN” position.

Plug in. ° Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads.
