Product Usage Instructions
Loading Paper Roll
- Open the top cover by pushing the cover-opening buttons on both sides.
- Remove the supplied paper roll and tear it apart along the edge.
- Load the paper roll to the paper compartment again and pull some extra paper. Adjust the separator according to the paper width.
- Close the top cover, ensuring both sides click into place.
Please use HPRT official thermal paper for a better printing experience.
Power On/Off
To power on the printer, hold down the power button for 3 seconds. To power
off the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
Printing from Windows PC
- Download the App by scanning the provided QR code.
- Open the App, click the “+” icon in the top right corner, choose the MT series, and then connect via ‘settings’.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone and select the corresponding MT810 device to connect.
- Return to the App, open the document you want to print, and copy/share it to the App. Alternatively, select document printing on the App home page.
- Adjust the document in the print preview and click the print icon on the top right corner to print.
Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.
Battery Charging
When the battery is low, the operational status LED will flash (red light
flashes quickly). Please use the provided USB cable to charge the printer. If
you continue printing, the printer may shut down automatically.
Charging Options:
- Charging by PC: Connect the printer to a PC using the USB cable for charging.
- Charging by Power Adapter : Connect the printer to a power adapter using the USB cable for charging.
Precautions
- The best operating temperature is 0~40°C. If the environmental temperature is too low or too high, it may affect the print quality.
- Use only HPRT official thermal paper to ensure print quality.
- During printing, the printer head will heat up. Do not touch it to avoid burns.
- Do not pull out the paper by force during printing as it may damage the printer.

Q: What should I do if the printer does not connect to my mobile phone?
A: Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile phone and select the correct MT810 device to connect. If the issue persists, try restarting both the printer and your mobile phone. -

Loading Paper Roll

Open the top cover
Push the cover-opening buttons on both sides, and open the top cover. -
Remove the paper roll
Remove the supplied paper roll and tear it apart along the edge. -
Load the paper roll
Load the paper roll to the paper compartment again and pull some extra paper. Please adjust the separator according to the paper width. -
Close the top cover
Close the top cover after loading paper. Please make sure both sides click into place.
Please use HPRT official thermal paper for a better printing experience.
Power On

Hold down the power button for 3 seconds to start the printer. -
To turn off the printer, also hold down the power button for 3 seconds.
Printing from Windows PC
- Connect one side of the USB cable to the PC and the other side to the printer. Turn on the printer.
- Download the printer driver from the website: https://www.hprt.com/HPRT-MT810
- And then install it on the PC.
- Choose the document you want to print from the PC and print it via printer “HPRT MT810”.
Tip: Default printing mode is page by page. You need to click the power button to continue printing after one page is printed. If you want to change default printing mode to continuous printing mode, please set it in the printer driver.
Printing Wirelessly from Mobile Phone
Download App
Scan the QR code below to download App. Connect with the printer
- Open App, click “+” in the top right corner, choose MT series, and then“Connect via ‘settings’”. Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile phone, select “MT810-XXXX”(XXXX are last four digits of Bluetooth address), click it to connect.
- Return to App, click the same model “MT810-XXXX” to connect.
- Open the document you want to print, and copy/share it to App.(Or select document printing on the App home page).
- Adjust it in the print preview, and click the print icon on the top right corner to print.
Note: App operation shall be subject to the latest version.
Battery Charging
