Instructions

Before using the juicer for the first time, please thoroughly clean the parts that come in contact with the ingredients.

Knob overview

  • Position “P”: fast and momentary rotation
  • Position “0”: Closed and off
  • Position “1”: Low-speed stage, applied to process soft fruits and vegetables, such as: Watermelon, tomato, cucumber, strawberry.

Application method

The juicer is equipped with double safety system and cannot work until all parts are installed correctly.
Please install and use the juicer as follows:

  1. Set the body switch to “0” position, and put the middle ring into the body according to Fig.1.
  2. put the juicing screen into the center ring according to Fig.2 and make sure the juicing screen is installed correctly on the motorcycle (check the completeness of the juicing screen before use. Do not use if damaged).
  3. Insert the upper cap from the top right into the body according to Fig.3 and install it in the direction indicated on the upper cap. 4.SIFENE-278-Centrifugal-Juicer-FIG- \(2\).
  4. place and press the clamp on two lugs on the upper cap. It is correct when you hear click, or the juicer will not work.
  5. Tilt slightly and place the pulp cup under the center ring outlet;
  6. Press the bottom of the pulp cup onto the body to install it.

  9. clean, peel and cut fruits and vegetables into pieces, then cut into pieces and granules of suitable size for the feed inlet.
  10. start the switch and select a suitable tap position according to the type of fruit (see tips for selecting fruits). To prolong the life of the juicer it is advisable to run it continuously within 1 minute.continuously within 1 minute.
  11. Place cut fruits and vegetables into the feed inlet of the top cap and gently push on them with the pusher. Do not press the fruits and vegetables onto the pusher with too much pressure, as this will affect the quality of the final result. If the pomace outlet is clogged or the pomace cup and juice pot are full after a period of time, disconnect the power source and clean it before use. Do not insert fingers or other objects into the feed inlet!
  12. when ingredient processing is completed, when no more juice comes out of juicer, turn off the juicer and disconnect the power source. Then wait until the motor and juicing screen stop rotating before removing the Juice Cup from the Juice Outlet. Tips for fruit selection

  1. Use fresh fruits and vegetables as they contain more liquid. Specific preferred fruits are: Pineapple, beet, celery stick, apple, cucumber, carrot, spinach, melon, tomato, tangerine, grape, etc.
  2. it is not necessary to remove thin peels and skins. Only thick skins (e.g. oranges, pineapple or beet) need to be removed. Seeds (e.g., oranges) are also removed.
  3. When removing apples, fruit density depends on the variety of apple selected. For apple with more liquid, fruit will be denser. So you can choose apple variety according to your fruit density requirements.
  4. Since fresh apple juice will turn brown quickly, you can add a few drops of lemon juice to slow down this color change process.
  5. leaves and stems (such as lettuce) could be extracted in the juicer for juice.
  6. It is not advisable to put fruits that contain starch, such as bananas, papayas, avocados, figs, and mangoes, into the juicer for juice extraction.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Put this juicer in a dry and well-ventilated place where it can be stored for a long time so that the motor will not come into contact with moisture, which may endanger the safety of the appliance.

  2. It is easy and convenient to clean the juicer immediately after use. It is strictly forbidden to put the body directly into water or rinse with water.

  3. The power supply must be disconnected before wiping the body with a dry cloth. Parts other than the body can be washed in water.

  4. Do not wash the detachable parts with water hotter than 60 ° C or sterilize them in a high-temperature disinfection cabinet. It is correct to put the cleaner in warm water and clean it with a cleaning brush, then rinse it with clean water.

    Note : When cleaning the juicer strainer, add a cleaner to the water. Clean the juicing strainer with a cleaning brush and then rinse it with clean water. other parts are cleaned directly by rinsing.
