lnstallation and Operation

• A. Open the packing box to get one LCD monitor ,two metal brackets and one power supply .
• B. Brackets installation:

• C. Power supply connecting :
  • Connecting one port ( 5.5×2.1 mm size ) to monitor,the other port to power socket.

• D. Signal connecting :

  • onnecting one port of the HDMI signal cable to monitor,the other port to the Computer HDMI port.
  • Connecting one port of the VGA signal cable to monitor, and the other port to the Computer VGA port .
  • Connecting one port of the DVI signal cable to monitor, the other port to the Computer DVI port.

• Connecting the headphones to the earphone port on the back of the monitor.

• Connecting one port of the USB cable to monitor the touch function,the other port to Computer or other device with USB port. 2

• Only touch model: VS104ZJ01-TP and VS121ZJ01-TP need to connect USB cables.

• Plug & Play Operation Steps :
  • Connect the power supply;
  • Connect the signal cables;
  • Connect the USB cable; 3 (Only work for Model VS104ZJ01-TP and VS121ZJ01-TP )
• Press the “ON/OFF button ,LED light is green ,then monitor shows pictures successfully. 4

• Model VS104ZJ01-TP and VS121ZJ01-TP will automatically install the touch software when plug the USB signal.
• Model VS104ZJ01-TP and VS121ZJ01-TP can be operated by both touch and keyboard.

•   The power indicator not bright| ►      Confirm if the power cable is

connected well

►      Confirm press the “ON/OFF” button

•   The power indicator bright, but no picture display on monitor| ►       If there is no signal enter into the

monitor ,the power indicator will become red from green. Please change signal cable or signal

resource and try.

•    Computer detected the

monitor ,but no picture displayed on monitor

| ►       If HDMI or DVI signal is connected.

Pis set on the computer to ensure the HDMI DVI output is available.

•    “no signal” words shown on monitor ,then black screen @| ►      Check the signal interface port to

make sure all ports are connecting well

►       Change another signal cable, signal port or signal resource to try again

•    Notes: Please do not expose the monitor to rain or humidity. If the

monitor need to be repaired, Pis ask for help from professional maintenance personnel.

Even “no signal ” shows on Model VS104ZJ01-TP and VS121ZJ01-TP ,the touch function can be operated .If can’t touch, that means the touch panel damaged.
