Security Operations
This section introduces the potential hazards that may occur when using the Sous Vide and notes many important safety precautions.
- This product is suitable for home or commercial cooking applications, such as:
- Kitchen/ food preparation areas in shops, offices and working environments;
- Employees use in hotels, motels, and residential environments;
- Children over 12 years of age may use this device if they have received the risks involved. However, cleaning and maintenance should only be performed by supervision or guidance regarding the safe use of the device and they are aware of adults. Keep this product and its power cord out of the reach of children under the age of 12.
- The device may be used if a person with less physical, sensory, or mental ability or lack of experience and knowledge can be safely supervised or instructed in the use of the equipment and can understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance
- Do not immerse the system above the etching marks on the stainless steel skirt Only the stainless steel skirt and pump housing are dishwasher safe. Please unplug the power plug from the socket when not in use and before cleaning.
- Countertops such as marble and Corian cannot withstand the heat generated by the circulator. Place cooking container on a different surface to prevent damage.

Precautions for Use
Do not disassemble. Observe all warning labels. Do not remove warning labels.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer; or its service agent; or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
Do not use this device for purposes other than intended use.
- Securely lock the circulator on the container with a clamp Place the container on a flat surface to prevent overflow and dumping. Do not place the device in a stove or oven.
Do not use deionized water (DI water)

If the circulator falls into water, please disconnect the power ASAP to avoid shock.
Then send the system back to repair (water damage is not covered by warranty).
Do not retrieve until you unplug the power cord. If this happened, please do not try to use the system. -

Method of Use
Preparation
- Secure the device on the edge of the pot (container).
- Prepare the pot (container) and place it on a flat place. A pot with a depth of more than 12 cm is required. If the depth is less than 12 cm, the device may not be fixed.
- Hold the device and open the fixing clamp of the device by hand.
Fix the product on the edge of the pot and place it vertically. Add the right amount of water to the pot.
Add the right amount of water to the pot
- Add the right amount of water into the pot. There are MIN line and MAX line on the stainless steel body of the product. The water content in the pot should be kept between the MIN line and MAX lines.
- When the water content is lower than MIN line, the LED indicator always shows red, and the device will not be start. During cooking, water evaporates during heating.
If the water content is below the MIN line, the appliance will stop working and a “beep beep beep” alarm will be issued, and the LED light will display red. Add water to the pot between MIN line and MAX line to resume normal operation.
Food Ingredients Preparation
- Place the food materials in a vacuum bag (the meat ingredients need to be marinated with seasoning first) and then vacuum the bag containing food materials with a vacuum machine.
- Keep the water in the pot between MIN and MAX lines
Temperature Setting
- Plug the product power cord into the socket, the product power is on and the LED indicator is red.
- First, On the control panel, click the setting button and the temperature will be displayed at the top of the screen. Start setting the temperature required for cooking materials. Click the “+” button on the right to increase the temperature, and click the “-” button on the left to decrease the temperature.
Press and hold the “+” button or “-” button, the temperature setting number will jump in units of 3 C. Click the “+” button or “-” button once, and it will jump in units of 0.1 C. Temperature Setting Range:
Press and hold the setting button for 3 seconds to switch the temperature between centigrade (C) and Fahrenheit ( F).
Time Setting
- After finishing the temperature setting, press the setting button on the operation panel to switch to the time setting.
- Press the set button once to set the “hour”, and press the set button again to set the “minute”.Press -/+ to set the time in units of ”1″. (Long press for quick adjustment, click for fine adjustment)
- Time Setting Range: 0 hour 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes.
- Set the button to set the switching sequence: temperature —-> hour —-> minute —-> temperature (cycle)
start the Machine
- After setting the temperature and time, click the button on the control panel to start the machine.
- The machine will emit a “beep” sound, and the LED indicator on the control panel will change from red to blue, then the appliance will start
- The machine starts to heat up and the water in the pot will stir.
- When the machine is heated to 2 degrees away from the set temperature, the machine will beep twice.
- When the machine is heated to the set temperature, the machine will emit a “beep beep beep” sound.
- Put the ingredients sealed in a vacuum bag into the pot and start cooking slowly at low temperatures.
- At this time, the machine is in the state of heat preservation, the machine is heated intermittently and the temperature fluctuates up and down at the set temperature with an amplitude of 0.1 C.
Product Shutdown
- After the cooking time is over, the machine stops working and is in standby mode.
- When the machine is in standby mode, the LED on the operation panel display red and the heating time will be zeroed.
- For the machine just after cooking, DO NOT touch the stainless steel part of the machine with your hands to avoid burns.
Product Cleaning / Maintenance
Remove the Stainless Steel Body
Under the premise of unplugging the power plug. As shown on the right, one hand is used to fix the body of the machine and the other hand is used to rotate the stainless steel body to the left Then, the stainless steel body will be released.
Note Before maintenance/ When cleaning, be sure to cut off the power and unplug the cord.
Please slowly pull the stainless steel body to the bottom, and then remove it Because the bottom of the stainless steel body is close to the stirring blade of the motor. So sometimes the stainless steel body may get stuck by the blades of the mixing fan. At this moment, Slightly swing the stainless steel body from left to right, and then gradually take it out.
Washing / Cleaning
- Please use a soft brush or cloth to wash/clean the stainless steel body, heating part, and plastic base with water.
- When dirt is not easily dropped, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent, washed with water, and dried in the air.
- Please do not wash with electricity.
- Do not use bleach chemicals or other substances.
- Do not put the entire machine into the dishwasher.
Installation
When installing the machine, please operate in the opposite direction.
- When installing the stainless steel body, first pass the stainless steel body through the mixing fan blade of the motor. If the mixing fan blade blocks the stainless steel body, slowly shake the stainless steel body left and right before installation.
Tips : If you use it very frequently, please clean the machine once a month.
- Fix the machine in the pot with a clamp and add the water in the pot to the MAX line.
- Set the temperature of the machine to 70 C for 20 minutes;
- Pour citric acid powder (food) or white vinegar into the pot at a ratio of 5 grams of citric acid powder per liter of water;
- After heating the machine to 70 C, please keep the temperature for 20 minutes and circu late the water;
- After 20 minutes, turn off the power of the machine and unplug it;
- Clean the stainless steel body and heating tube of the machine with clean water again;
- After you clean the machine, dry it with a soft towel.
Troubleshooting
If any abnormalities occur during use, please read this manual carefully and confirm the following points before servicing:

- When the machine is heated to 2 degrees away from the set temperature, the machine will emit ” beep beep” sound.
- When the machine is heated to the set temperature, the machine will emit ” beep beep beep” sound.

After cooking, the machine will emit ” beep beep beep” sound, The fan in the
machine continues to work for one minute, and the operation panel turns red.|
- The prompt tone reminds the user that the cooking time is over.
- In order to cool the machine itself, the fan in the machine will work for another minute after heating. running completely, and the operation panel changes from blue to red.
- After one minute, the machine stops
