Connection
The FieldMate should not be connected to the terminal box or the field devices when the control system is in operation. (i.e. CENTUM system or other venders’ control system) -
USB FieldMate Modem
Analog output may change temporally in connecting with USB FieldMate Modem due to an Initial current flowing to it. Also, the communication signal is superimposed on the analog output signal.
It is recommended to set a low-pass filter (approximately 0.1s) to the receiver in order to reduce the output effect from the communication signal and to prevent the communication signal from affecting the upper system.
Before online communication, confirm that the communication signal does not give an effect on the upper system. -
