- This All-in-one Multifunction USB-C hub offers convenient access to multiple devices on your USB-C Laptop/MacBook.
- The hub is equipped with triple-display video outputs. With
- Dual 4K UltraHD and VGA display simultaneously (2x HDMI & 1× VGA), it allows you to split up the content to Triple display devices when the system supports the function. Remarks
- This product supports SST (Single-Stream Transport) & MST (Multi-Stream Transport). Note: MacOS does not support MST.
- HDMI resolution will be 4K @30Hz if two HDMI displays simultaneously
- HDMI resolution will be 1080P @60Hz when Dual or Triple display with VGA.

FAQ
A. Why is there no video output?
- Please make sure the USB-C port of your devices (Laptop/Tablet) supports Video Output.
- Please check if the cable is well connected.
- Please use the standard HDMI cable.
- Windows computer with an Intel graphics card only supports two external monitors at most.
B. My docking station not charging my laptop?
- Please check the specifications of your Laptop and identify which port has PD charging functionality if multiple USB-C ports are available.
- Verify if your host system supports PD over USB-C.
- Please note some old models of computers have USB-C ports, but do not support charging, only can be powered by their original AC/DC power adapter.
C. Why is there no audio output from HDMI?
- Please make sure your monitor supports the Audio output function.
- Please set the external monitor as the default Audio output device.
D. What should I do if the display screen drops after connecting a large current HDD/SSD?
- Please connect your laptop charger/adapter to the USB-C PD charging port of the product.
E. Can I connect my Macbook SuperDrive to the dock?
- No, some devices such as the Macbook SuperDrive look for Macbook-specific signaling and will not work when connected through any USB hub.
F. Why does the output not reach 4K 60Hz?
- Please make sure your monitor supports 4K 60Hz.
- Please make sure the video source is 4K 60Hz.
- Please make sure to use the 2.0 or higher version HDMI cable.
- Please make sure your computer specification supports DP1.4 signal output.
