TG903 3D Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle Marble Run

adult.
Any packaging ties, bags and screws are not part of the product. For safety
please remove and discard any packaging ties, bags and screws before giving
this toy to your child.

1.1 Safety Information
Thank you for purchasing the Wooden Marble Run. Please read through this
instruction manual before use as it contains all the information you need
about how to correctly enjoy this product.
CAUTION
ELECTRONIC PRODUCT
Do not leave children aged 14 or below unattended with this toy. This product
should be used in accordance with this user manual in a safe way to avoid
electric shock.
ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED
WARNING! Do not try to modify this product in any way as this may
invalidate your warranty.
WARNING! Contains small parts, child supervision is required at all
times.
1.2 Battery Safety
- Use only brand new batteries of the correct size and power.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (zinc, alkaline or rechargeable).
- If using rechargeable batteries, ensure they are all the same capacity.
- Do not try and charge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Rechargeable batteries should be charged by an Adult or under Adult supervision. Stop charging immediately if you notice any abnormal behavior.
- Do not throw batteries in the fire.
- Replace all batteries of the same type/brand at the same time.
- The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.
- Remove empty batteries from the product.
- Batteries should be changed by an Adult.
- If the Wooden Marble Run is going to be inactive for a long period of time, please remove all batteries.
- For your safety, please operate according to these instructions.
MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
2.1 Care & Maintenance
- Please ensure you follow the instructions when assembling.
- Keep these instructions for reference.
- Assemble with glue (included) when instructed.
- Please take care when detaching parts as they are fragile.
- Ensure parts are fixed firmly in place when assembling.
- Keep away from exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods and keep away from direct heat sources.
- Do not drop on a hard surface or disassemble the unit.
- Do not immerse in water.
2.2 FAQ
Problem | Cause | Solution |
---|
The cog assembly does not
rotate freely.| 1. The friction between boards is excessive.
2. The connecting points are not smooth.| 1. Wax related parts.
2. Polish the connecting points with sandpaper and make sure each part is
well assembled.
The marble gets stuck in the track.| 1. The slot is not connected to the end
correctly.
2. The track is not inclined appropriately.| 1. Press the slot to connect it
properly with the end.
2. Check if the tracks are engaged with each other appropriately and make
sure each parts are well assembled.

breakages usually happen due to not taking due care and attention.
There are some spare parts contained within. But if you find you are missing a

Warranty Information
What is Covered:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the
exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts:
This warranty runs for 1 Year from the date your Wooden Marble Run is
delivered.
What is not covered:
Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a
flood) are not covered.
What We Will Do:
If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, we will provide
you with the instructions for the return, and we will take one of the
following actions: (i) replace the Product with a product that is the same or
equivalent to the Product you purchased; (ii) repair the Product; or (iii)
refund to you the whole of or part of the purchase price of the Product.
How To Get Service:
To obtain instructions on how to obtain service under this warranty, contact
our customer service by phone or email. You will find the contact details of
our customer service below. Customer service may ask you questions to
determine your eligibility under this warranty, and if you are eligible
you’ll be given instructions for returning the defective Product. If we send
you a replacement or repair your Product, we will pay the cost of delivering
the replacement or repaired Product to you.

Glue is needed if the piece is not firm after assembly. (Glue not included). Push pieces together to remove any gaps between them.
