need help, please let us know.

Packing List
Precautions for Installation
- Remove the packaging film on the product.
- Please check and see if there is any damage on the product.
- Please check and see if any installation components is missing.
- Make sure the thickness of the door is between 1-3/8″ and 1-3/4″ (35 mm-45 mm).
Left- or Right-Handed Door Installation
Stand outside and face the door:
If the hinges are installed on the left, the door is left-handed.
If the hinges are installed on the right, the door is right-handed.

Size Mark by Template
The template is in the package for your use.Fold the supplied template along the fold line and place on the exterior side of your door.Mark the location of the new holes on your door according to the template, and then drill the holes.
Step 1: Drill Holes into the Door
- Measure and check that the diameter of the hole in the door is 2-1/8” (54 mm)
- Measure and check that the backset if either 2-3/8” or 2-3/4” (60 mm or 70 mm)
- Measure and check that the diameter of the side hole in the door is 1” (25 mm)
- Mark for 1-3/8″(35 mm) or 1-3/4″(45 mm) Door
Insert the latch and ensure it is parallel to the face of the door. Mark the outline of the face plate, and then take out the latch.Chisel 7/16″ (10 mm) deep along the outline to allow the face plate to be aligned with the door edge.
Step 2: Adjust the Length of the Latch
Reverse the direction to return to the 2-3/8″ (60 mm) backset.Determine if the latch needs to be adjusted to the 2-3/4″ (70 mm) backset. Note: Move the adjustable button horizontally to the location of 60 mm or 70 mm and make sure the button itself is not rotated at all. If the button suffers a 90 degree rotation, the exterior door handle will fail to work normally after the installation.
Step 3: Install the Deadbolt Latch
Use two 3/4” (20 mm) screws to tighten the latch into the door. Do not over-tighten.
Step 4: Install the Exterior Handle
Note: During the installation,
remember not to press the button, or the lock will get stuck.

Step 7: Mark Strike Plate Location
- Insert latch into the door.
- Close door until latch throw touches door frame.
- Mark location of the throw on the frame.
- Put strike plate at marks and trace its outline on frame.
Step 8: Install Latch Strike Plate
Troubleshooting
Is this product suitable for left- or right-handed door?
How can I determine if the door is left- or right-handed?
Yes, it is suitable for both left- and right-handed door.
To determine the handing of your door, please stand outside the door and face
the door:
If the hinges are installed on the left, the door is left-handed.
If the hinges are installed on the right, the door is right-handed.
The screw is too long or too short to be installed.
Please match the screws in different sizes according to different positions in
strict accordance with the instructions.
After installation, the adjustable button of the exterior door handle is stuck
and cannot work.
Move the adjustable button horizontally to the location of 60 mm or 70 mm and
make sure the button itself is not rotated at all. If the button suffers a 90
degree rotation, the exterior door handle will fail to work normally after the
installation.
Determine if the latch needs to be adjusted to the 2-3/4″ (70 mm) backset.
Please make sure the key hole is back to its oiginal position before
