Using the Electric Ear Cleaner:

1. Turn ON: Press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds until the LED lights flash.
2. Turn OFF: Press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds until the LED lights turn off.
3. To start/pause water spray, short press the spray switch button.
4. The ear cleaner has a default normal mode. Short press the switch button to select the desired mode (1st gear – Normal mode, 2nd gear – Soft mode, 3rd gear – Pulse mode, 4th gear – Strong mode).
5. The ear cleaner has a 10-minute energy-saving function. It will automatically turn off if there is no operation for 10 minutes.

Indicator Light and Gear Descriptions:

• Indicator light 1: WiFi/Battery indicator – When the device is connected to WiFi, the white light is on; when the battery is low,the white light flashes quickly; when charging, the red light is on, and when it is fully charged, the green light is on.
• Indicator light 2: 1st gear – Normal mode
• Indicator light 3: 2nd gear – Soft mode

Electric Ear Cleaner

Button Function

• Turn ON:
  Press and hold the power button for 1-2 sec until the LED lights flash.

• Turn OFF:
  Press and hold the power button for 1-2 sec until the LED lights turn off.

  Short press to start/pause water spray

• Energy-saving
  The ear cleaner has 10 minutes energy saving function, it will automatically turn off if no operation in 10 minutes.

Indicator light and gear descriptions

The ear cleaner has normal mode by default. Short press the switch button to select the mode as required.

Warm tips: 4 water pressure levels range from 7 to 24.5 PSI.

Step 1
Download “Soulear” App

For IOS:
Download and install the App”Soulear” from App Stor.

For Android:
Download and install the App”Soulear” from Google Play Store.

Optional:
Scan the QR Code below to download the App.

Android 4.4, iOS 9.0 and higher versions.Android system phones like Samsung S7, Galaxy S6 edge, Note 8, S8, S8+, S9+, S10, Google Pixel, XL, Pixel 3, Nexus 6p, Huawei Mate9, Mate 10, Mate 20 Pro, OnePlus, etc.

Notice:
This model can’t work for computer systems!

Step 2
Long press the switch key to open the device, after 5 seconds, then step into the next operation.

Step 3
Open the “Soulear” App, click the “Connect Device”, follow the pop-up prompt and click connect now to jump to the mobile WIFI setting interface.

Step 4
Find “Soulear-xxxx” on the WIFI setting interface and click to connect.

Step 5
After the mobile phone displays, “Soulear-xxxx” WIFI is connected return to the App again and click “Connected ” to enter the device.

Step 6
After connecting to the product WIFI connection, you will be asked some questions：

IOS:
“Soulear ”would like to find and connect to devices on your local network.
Suggestion: Click “OK”

Allow “Soulear ” to use wireless data. Suggestion:
Click “WLAN&Cellular/WLAN Only”

Android:
If your mobile phone displays the following prompts, WiFi has no data connection, whether to continue trying to use the WiFi?Whether to keep the connection? Whether to switch WiFi?Suggestion:
Click the “Keep” / “CONNECT” / “Decline” option.

Step 7
Use warm water at a body temperature of 37°C±2°C.

Step 8
Place the basin under the ear for irrigation.

Step 9
Move in a smooth circular way to increase the cleaning effects.

Step 10
The blockage is gone and finish ear irrigating.

Before use

1. It is normal when the product (water bottle, water tube, etc.) has some residual distilled water that is used for testing performance.
2. It is recommended to use 1st gear mode for first-time use, choose the other modes based on your needs.
3. It is recommended to soften heavy or hard earwax before irrigation.

Ear Tips
The soft ear tip is hygienic and detachable for easy replacement.

Install Ear Tip
Attach the disposable ear tips to the end of the nozzle, install it in the correct place, and check whether it is clamped tightly to prevent water leakage.

Warm tips:

1. This is a one-time- use ear tip. Used ear tips should be discarded in case of ear infection.
2. To purchase extra disposable soft ear tips, please visit our store or contact us directly for more use instructions.

Fill Warm Water
Take out the refillable water bottle from the package, add warm water 500ml and twist it on the ear cleaner.

Warm tips:

1. Warm water is recommended.
2. It could be at body temperature or 37 degrees Celsius, plus or minus 2 degrees(It should NOT be warm enough to hurt you).
3. Do not inject chemicals such as solids that would block or damage the ear cleaner.

Ear Catch Basin

• The catch basin has an ergonomic design with a small and wide radian side.
• Place the small radian side under the ear lobe to contain the liquid during irrigation.

Charging Instructions

• For first-time use, please charge the ear cleaner. Turn OFF the ear cleaner before charging.
• Ensure the ear cleaner and your hands are dry to plug the Type- C cable(included into the ear cleaner and connect to a DC 5V USB charging port.
• A full charge takes 4 hours. The Strong/CH indicator will flash during charging and keeps on when completely charged.
• The Strong/CH LED indicator will flash to indicate that the battery is low, please charge the device.

Warm tips:

1. Do not use the products while charging.
2. Charge the ear cleaner in an environment with a temperature between 15-35 °C.
3. The working time may shorten when charging in an environ-ment with low temperature(< 15°C).
4. If the environment temperature is too low(< 5°C), it may not be able to charge.

Maintenance

1. Under power-off mode, remove the water bottle and pour out the rest water.
2. Turn on the ear cleaner to drain the residual water from the internal device and nozzle.
3. Remove the ear tip and discard it.
4. Clean the product with a damp cotton cloth. No cleaning solutions or corrosive liquids should be used.

Troubleshooting

1. If the ear cleaner fails to turn on, please charge it in case of a low battery.
2. If the ear cleaner’s working time is short after fully charged, please charge and use it in an environment temperature between 15-35 °C; Or the charging time is insufficient, please charge it.
3. If the LED lights are not working while charging, please check if the power supply is connected correctly.
4. If the water pressure is too low, please replace a new ear tip in case of blocked or damaged; Or choose the stronger mode based on your need.
