CAUTION:
- This product is intended only for outdoor recreational use in pitching lightweight plastic baseballs
- Use only with balls designed for use with this item by Franklin Sports Inc.
- All person (s) not batting should stand behind the pitching machine
- Do not use the product for any other purpose or with any other object or ball
- Do not use regulation baseballs or tee balls
- Do not point toward breakable objects, for example: windows, outdoor lights, etc.
- If the product jams, turn machine to “OFF” position. Pick it up, point toward ground away from a person orbreakable object, dislodge ball.

PARTS LIST
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
GENERAL NOTE
Remove the product from the box and make sure all of the parts from the parts list are included.
STEP 1
BATTERY INSTALLATION
Remove screws and slide door to open. Insert batteries into base unit as shown.
- Requires 4 “D” size batteries (not included)
- Do not mix old and new
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries
STEP 2
HOW TO PLAY
- Once unit is completely assembled, load balls where indicated on carriage.
- Slide the power switch to “ON” position.
- Tilt the pitching machine with opening toward batter to the desired pitching angle.
Note : Unit has 3 different pitching angles.
- When machine is turned on and the motor reaches its operating speed, a ball will drop into the chute. Red light will come on immediately before each ball shoots out the “chute opening”.
Note : This first ball may not pitch at full speed and distance due to location of lever when machine is turned on. Second ball will be best to gauge location of pitch relative to batter. Re-adjust position of unit and angle as needed.
- The remaining balls will drop into the machine as the pitching cycle continues.
- The unit will pitch approximately seven (7) seconds apart.
- After all loaded balls have been pitched, the motor will shut
- The red light will remain on until more balls are placed in the carriage or unit is switched to “OFF” position. Note : Be sure to turn power to “OFF” position when reloading pitching balls on Pitching balls will automatically activate motor if unit is “ON”. When the pitching balls have been loaded onto carriage, make sure batter is ready and slide switch to “ON” position.
