What does it come with?
It is made to plug into a USB port then it has 2 slots on the side for a Sd card out of a camera to see picture files and a micro Sd slot to read one of those little cards no cards are included you just get the reader
Does it work with all Android phones?
It work with this SD Card Reader, the phone needs to be a USB Cone and support the OTG function.
Can this be used without laptop(only phone) to view info, if card with info is inserted into one of the slots on this reader?
Yes if you phone has usb-c port, this can be used to access the memory card inserted into the reader.
