: What is the data transfer speed?

A: The product is USB 2.0, so the transfer speed is 480 Mbps. However, thetransfer speed also depends on the type of file being transferred

Q: Does this card reader support reading two cardsat thesame time?

A: This is a regular model, both ports of the card reader can read the card, but only supports reading one card at a time.

Q: What should I do if the card reader does not showanythingafter I insert

it into my computer or phone?

A: Please use the following steps to check the product. 1. whether the card has been inserted into the card reader first and whether the card is inserted properly and tightly. 2. Try using another card and see if it works properly. 3. Try using another USB/USB C port of the computer and see if it worksproperly. 4. All connection points must be clean, if not, wipe them gently with acottonswab or soft cloth. If your problem is still not solved, please contact us again.

Q: Can I use it on the CarPlay system?

A: As long as your car has a USB-A port and the file format on the cardissupported, you can use it on CarPlay

Q: Does it have capacity?

A: It is just a card reader without capacity, you need to insert a memory cardbefore use. It can only read up to 2TB capacity memory card.

Q: Does it support UHS-II Card?

A: Sure, but it will be read at UHS-l speeds.

Q: Can the memory card of Switch be used onthiscardreader?

A: Yes, the memory card of Switch can be used in this card reader.

Q: Can I connect it to PS4 or Xbox?

A: We do not recommend that you do this because PS4 and Xbox havetheir standards for external devices.
