Of course, the product does support file transfer when connected to the phone, inserting one card at a time for use.

What types of memory cards can this card reader read?

It can read SD TF SDXC SDHC MMC RS-MMC Micro SD Micro SDXCMicroSDHC UHS-I Card and UHS-II Card.

What is the data transfer speed?

The product is USB 2.0, so the transfer speed is 480 Mbps. However, the transferspeed also depends on the type of file being transferred.

Does this card reader support reading two cards at the same time?

This is a regular model, both ports of the card reader can read the card, but onlysupports reading one card at a time.

Does it have capacity?

It is just a card reader without capacity, you need to insert a memory card beforeuse. It can only read up to 2TB capacity memory card.

What should I do if the card reader does not show anything after I insert

it intomy computer or phone?

: Please use the following steps to check the product. 1. whether the card has beeninserted into the card reader first and whether the card is inserted properly and tightly. 2. try using another card and see if it works properly. 3. try using another USBport of the computer and see if it works properly. 4. all connection points must be clean, if not, wipe them gently with a cotton swab or soft cloth. If your problem is still not solved, please contact us again.

Can I use it on the CarPlay system?

As long as your car has a USB-A port and the file format on the card is supported, you can use it on CarPlay.

Does it support UHS-II Card?

Sure, but it will be read at UHS-l speeds.

Can the memory card of Switch be used on this card reader?

Yes, the memory card of Switch can be used in this card reader.

Can I connect it to PS4 or Xbox?

We do not recommend that you do this because PS4 and Xbox have their standards for external devices.

Is it normal for the card reader to get hot?

It is normal for the card reader to get hot when transferring files, and the cardwillalso get hot. Please do not worry, this product willnot be affected since it is madeof heat-resistant material.
