What should you do if your keyboard is not working?

To ensure your keyboard works properly with your computer, connect it to your devices through Bluetooth properly. If your device has already connected, but the keyboard still doesn’t work, the connection may have been lost. Here are some possible reasons for this:

1. Low battery – Charging your keyboard.
2. Wrong channel – Ensure the keyboard is in the correct connection channel (BT1/BT2/BT3).
3. use on a metal surface – Move the keyboard away from metal surfaces.
4. Radio Frequency (RF) interference – Move away from devices such as wireless speakers, computer power supplies, mobile phones, displays, and garage door remote control switches.

Troubleshoot the problem by checking these factors and other potential issues.

How can you fix frequent disconnections of your keyboard?

If your keyboard keeps losing connection and you have to keep reconnecting it, here are some solutions you can try:

1. Keep other electrical equipment at least 20 cm (8 inches) away from your keyboard.
2. Move your keyboard closer to your device.
3. Disconnect the Bluetooth connection and try to reconnect.

Does the keyboard have a sleep mode?

The Nulea RT06 keyboard has an intelligent sleep mode that helps conserve battery life. The keyboard enters sleep mode 30 minutes after you last used it. To wake it up, simply press any key.

Are the halves able to separate?

This keyboard is not meant to be used separately. The keyboard is a single unit, and unauthorized separation of the keyboard will result in damage and render it unusable.

Power ON/OFF

• Power On: Unfold the keyboard, green indicators will flash 3s then off.
• Power Off: Fold the keyboard.

Sleep Mode

• When the keyboard is in the unfolded state, it will enter sleep mode after being idle for 30 minutes.
• If you want to enter sleep mode immediately, simply fold the keyboard.

Charging

• When the indicator light 0 is flashing red, it indicates a low battery on the keyboard. Please recharge the keyboard.
• Step 1. Connect one end of the included type-c cable to a USB charger, and connect the opposite end to the charging slot on the keyboard.
  • (Note: Output: DC 5V / 500mA; USB charger is not included)
• Step 2. The charging indicator will glow red while the keyboard is charging. When the charging indicator light changes from red to green, it indicates that the charging is complete.
  • A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Pairing Steps

Pairing with Ist device

• Step 1. Unfold the keyboard, power indicators will flash green for 3s, then off.
• Step 2. Press Fn+Q to enter channel 1 mode.
• Step 3. Long Press Fn+Q for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode, The BT indicator will flash GREEN and start to search the available Bluetooth device.
• Step 4. On your Bluetooth device, find the Bluetooth name “Nulea RT06” and click to connect it. The status indicator will be off after successfully paired.

Pair with 2nd device

• Step 1. Press “Fn+W” to enter channel 2 mode.
• Step 2. Long press “Fn+W” for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode, BT indicator will flash BLUE and start to search the available Bluetooth device. Find Bluetooth “Nulea RT06” on your device and click to connect it. The status indicator will be off after successfully paired.

Pair with 3nd device

• Step 1. Press “Fn+E” to enter channel 3 mode.
• Step 2. Long press “Fn+E” for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode, BT3 indicator will flash RED and start to search the available Bluetooth device. Find Bluetooth “Nulea RT06” on your device and click to connect it. The status indicator will be off after successfully paired.
