Main Pole Installation:
1. Place the main pole correctly according to the signs (S, N, W,
  E) on the main pole to indicate the installation direction. This
  ensures proper sun tracking.
2. The main pole must be installed on solid concrete ground or
  pier with the expansion bolts.
Assembly Steps:
1. Install the Main Pole using 8 Expansion Bolts.
2. Attach the B-Rod using 1 M14*110 Socket Cap, 1 M14 Hex Nut, 1
  M14 Washer, and 1 M14 Elastic Washer.
3. Attach the C-Rod using 2 Latches.
4. Attach the D-Rod using 3 M10*90 Hex Cap, 3 M10 Hex Nut, 3 M10
  Washer, and 3 Elastic Washers.
5. Attach the E-Rods using 4 1500mm Channel Steel, 16 M10*100
  Socket Cap, 16 M10 Hex Nut, 16 M10 Washer, and 16 Elastic
  Washers.
6. Attach the 150mm Linear Actuator using 2 Linear Actuator Stands
  and 4 M8*20 Socket Cap.
7. Attach the 300mm Linear Actuator using 2 Linear Actuator Stands
  and 4 M8*20 Socket Cap.
8. Attach the remaining 4 1500mm Channel Steel using 2 U-Shaped
  Connectors, 8 U-Shaped Lockers, 4 M1020 Socket Cap, 8 M1020
  Socket Cap, 4 M10 Hex Nut, and 8 M10 Flange Nut.
9. Attach the Solar Panel Side Clamps and Solar Panel Middle
  Clamps accordingly.
10. Install the Sunlight Sensor using 2 M6*12 Hex Cap and the
  Sunlight Sensor Stand.
11. Connect the Solar Tracker Controller using 4 M4*16 Hex
  Cap.
12. Mount the Solar Panels.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
· For the proper use and maintenance of this product, please read carefully and understand this instruction before installation.
· Make sure that the tracker system is installed on a solid concrete ground which is strong enough to hold the weight of all the tracker and solar panels.
· Make sure all the bolts and nuts are firmly tightened during the installation.
· To adjust the angle of the solar panels, loosen the side clamps and middle clamps first and then move the panels carefully. DO NOT adjust the solar panels by force.
· During long-time usage, some components might be loosened or corroded. For safety, please check the tracker regularly.
