iDOO I-C-027 Electric Heater
To ensure safety and avoid any property damage, please read this manual carefully and only use the product as indicated. Failure to comply with these instructions and precautions may result in serious damage or injury.
Important Safety Instructions
- When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons including the following: Read all instructions before using (this appliance).

The appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use outdoors.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or cognitive capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be conducted by children without supervision.

Place and use the heater on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface. Do not use near a heat source or on a soft surface, like a bed, or where openings may be blocked.

This appliance will become hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not touch hot surfaces with bare hands. Use a handle when moving the appliance.

Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3ft (0.9ml from the front of the heater and keep them away from all sides of the heater.

Extreme caution is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children or invalids, and whenever it is being left operating and unattended.

Always unplug the appliance when not in use.

Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug if it malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.

The appliance is intended for use in dry locations only. Do not use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations.

Do not submerge the appliance or allow water to drip into the interior as this could result in electric shock. Do not place the appliance where it may fall into a bathtub or any other water container.

Do not run a cord under the carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners or similar coverings. Do not route the cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas and where it may not be tripped over.

To disconnect the appliance, turn it off first, then remove the plug from the outlet. Do not handle the plug with wet hands. Do not pull it by supply cord or use cord as a handle.

Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the appliance.

To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner.

Always plug the heater directly into a wall outlet/ receptacle. Do not use an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/ power strip).

Make sure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet. Check the plug periodically for signs of overheating or deformation. If the outlet has deteriorated, stop using it immediately.

Do not tamper with or attempt to repair the appliance by yourself. There are no
user-serviceable parts inside. Otherwise, it may void the warranty and cause damage or personal injury. -
The output of this heater may vary and its temperature may become tense enough to burn exposed skin. Use of this heater is not recommended for persons with reduced sensitivity to heat or an inability to react to avoid burns.

Before cleaning, or storage, or when not in use, always turn off the heater unplug it from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool.

Using the Product
- Place the heater on a firm, level surface free from obstructions and at least 3ft (0.9m) away from any wall or combustible material. Then plug it into an appropriate electrical outlet.
- The remote control has a built-in lithium button cell battery CR2025. Remove the isolation strip before use.
- Turn on the switch at the bottom of the back of the heater.
Note:
- The display and all indicators (except Ambient Light) will light off automatically if left idle for 5 minutes.
- Tip-over protection: The appliance will shut off automatically when tipped over or placed unevenly. Place it back on a firm, level surface and turn it on again.
- Overheat protection: In case of overheating, the appliance will shut off automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down before powering it on again. Or you can reconnect the plug and turn on the appliance again to enter the “cooling fan” mode by default. The fan will help dissipate the heat.
Replacing the Battery
- Push tab A to the right while sliding out the battery tray B.
- Replace with a new battery and then slide the battery tray B back into place.
- Choking Hazard – As the remote control contains a small battery, please keep it away from children and do not swallow the battery. If the battery is swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
Cleaning & Maintenance
It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to keep the optimal level of performance.
- Switch off the heater, unplug it and wait for it to cool down.
- Use a soft cloth only to wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean. Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.
- Do not submerge the appliance or allow water to drip into the interior as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
- Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
Troubleshooting Guide

Reconnect the plug cord.

Unplug and allow the appliance to cool down before powering it on again. Or you can reconnect the plug and turn it on again to enter the “cooling fan” mode by default. The fan will help dissipate the heat.
The appliance is tipped over, triggering the built-in tipped-over protection.

Place the appliance on a firm, level surface and turn it on again.
The room temperature reaches the selected temperature and the appliance will stop working automatically.

When the room temperature is lower than the setting, the appliance will restart.
The auto-off timer is complete.

The manufacturer’s warranty is void under the following circumstances but not limited to:
- Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
- Accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
- The use of unspecified adapters and accessories.
- Loss or damage in transit.
- Damages that occurs as a result of one’s failure to follow instructions.
- This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
