RIGGING SAFTEY

The GVX series Rigging System’s provisions for use require that it be installed in accordance with the following specifications. Before you begin installation:

Ensure that points where you have chosen to mount (for example a chain hoist) on the stage roof or venues ceiling comply with accident prevention and that the safety standards authority has certified them for the full load.

Inspect all components to ensure they are in good working order, taking particular care that all tracks, trusses and connecting components (cables, fittings) are undamaged.

Use only the parts specified in this operating manual! Be sure to protect cabinets against rain and moisture when they are deployed outdoors

In the event that parts of the load-bearing equipment have been deformed, it is up to the manufacturer to determine if they are repairable.

The principle requirement for safe handling and trouble-free operation of this rigging system is a thorough understanding of fundamental operating safety and safety regulations. This operating manual contains the most vital instructions concerning the safe operation of the GVX enclosures

CONNECTIONS: Before connecting the device to other devices, turn off the power for all devices. Before turning the power on or off for all devices, set all volume levels to minimum.

Use only speaker cables for connecting speakers to the speaker jacks. Use of other types of cables may result in fire.

Be sure to observe the amplifier’s rated load impedance, particularly when connecting speakers in parallel. Connecting an impedance load outside the ampli-fier’s rated range can damage the amplifier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this pack together as a single portable unit or do the speakers stay separate from each other during travel?

Speakers stay separate. Mixer attaches to one speaker for storage, and accessories container attaches to back of other speaker.

Could i use this in e drums?

They would certainly connect but if you are looking for a rock concert sound to fill a large venue better count on spending 2 or 3 times as much and getting a multichannel mixer. This system has worked great for a video projection with an audience of 300 plus Q and A with that audience.

Does this come with all the cables you will need to hook speakers and everything up?

Yes but the sound is terrible! i have bluetooth speakers that are louder.

Can I connect an additional sub woofer?

You don’t need a sub woofer these speakers are good if anything you’d need a DI box to prevent low frequency noise with ground wire. Or a power conditioner.

Can you play music with the mp3 connection and sing along with it?

Yes..there is separate volume for mics and mp3.

Does this system comes with stands for the speakers?

I bought this system a while back and yes it had speaker stands included

Is it on wheels?

Not only wheels. It is bulky and weighs about 50 lbs. Good solid sound for a venue of around 100 people or so.

Is this expandable?

You can expand this with more powered speakers using the audio outputs. You can not Bluetooth link more speakers.

Does it compatible for 320V to use in Asia ?

Don’t know. We use 110/120 Volt AC

It will come with stands correct?

Yes, it does come with stands. In all honesty I would shop for something a little better, while it works , it falls short on bass output. Highs are almost painful.

Does this PA system have effects such as Reverb?

There is an Echo, not a reverb.

Do they have batteries?

No. Needs to be plugged in to 110V AC

Can you connect to a tv?

Not as far as I know.

Can i connect to of these together, so i can have four speakers play at once, and how

Yes! You can use the monitor outputs to send the signal from one set of speakers to another.

What wireless mics would be compatible with this unit?

Yes
