NASTA KS-V31G Ceiling Vent
Safety Precautions (please observe)
Note:
The main body of the vent is to be fixed to the ceiling Securely install
parts.
Installation is prohibited for:
Locations too hot (40° or higher), Humid or wet locations, and Locations where
the product can be stepped on.
(Installation Method)
- After ducting is installed, insert the vent body into the duct and secure it with tape. wrap the tape around the joint twice without any gaps so there is no air leakage.
- Drill a hole in the ceiling board (or floor) with a diameter of 110-120mm.
- When installing into the ceiling with airtight building paper, cut hole as below:
- Align the vent body with the duct hole and inset the underplate from beneath the ceiling. Align the claws so the underplate engages with the vent body and ensure it is inserted all the way.
- Insert the louver into the underplate and it to the right to fix it into place. Fix securely until the louvre does not turn any further.
(Air Volume Adjustment Method)
- Turn the louver counterclockwise to remove it from the underplate.
- Lightly hold the knob on the air control adjustment section of the vent body and turn it clockwise to adjust.
- Re-insert the louver into the underplate and turn it clockwise to fix it into place. Please ensure the louvre is fixed securely.
