Headset Pairing

Super Easy to Pair

1. Turn on the headset, and the headset will enter into pairing mode
2. Turn on Bluetooth and search for “G5” to connect

Pair with 2 Devices Simultaneously

• Allow you to make or receive call while at the same time maintaining other work with ease.

1. Follow the steps of “Headset Pairing” to pair with the first device
2. Turn off the Bluetooth on the first device, and the headset enters into the pairing mode
3. Repeat the steps of “Headset Pairing” to pair with the second device
4. Turn on the first Bluetooth device
5. Turn off the headset, then turn it on again, the headset will automatically connect the second device
6. Click to connect the first Bluetooth device, now the headset has paired with 2 devices simultaneously

Charge the Charging Case

1. During charging, the battery percentage of the charging case is displayed.
2. After completing charging, if the charging cable is unplugged, the battery percentage will always show 100%.
3. After completing charging, unplug the charging cable, the battery percentage display will disappear after 5.

Charge the Headset

1. Put the wireless headset into the charging case.
2. During charging, after the LED light of the Bluetooth headset turns red, the battery percentage will display for 5, and then disappear, showing that it entered the charging mode.

• After completing charging, the LED light of the Bluetooth headset turns from red to green and then disappears.
• Note: The charging case can charge the headset when the headset is turned on or off.

Unable to use the “mute on” function| When you have the headset on your left ear, the mute button is on the right side of the headset, otherwise on the left side. Sometimes the voice of the call can’t be heard suddenly during a call| It’s because when the headset remains silent for more than 20 seconds, the headset will automatically enter the power saving mode, and at this time, the microphone will automatically turn off the sound reception and sound output. If this happens, click the MFB to release the power-saving mode and continue the call. In addition, the audio source of the connected device needs to be “ G5 “.
Callers cannot hear the called person’s voice| Some phones require manual setup to enable headset mic input. If the mic input is disabled, callers will not hear the headset mic. So please enable the mic input.
The phone is unable to find the Bluetooth| Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. If pairing mode is terminated due to a timeout, pairing mode must be reset.

Check the color of the LED light on the headset. After the red and green light flashes alternately, it enters the pairing mode; if the LED light flashes green, it means that you have connected to another device, so please turn off the Bluetooth function of the surrounding devices.

The phone won’t pair with the Bluetooth headset after a period of use| First, initialize the Bluetooth headset: when the headset is charging, first double- click the [-] button and then double-click the [+] button, the green LED light will flash once, and the headset will return to the factory settings.

• Second, please delete all Bluetooth records on your phone. Because of the system bug, if there are many other Bluetooth records in the Bluetooth bar of the mobile phone, the phone will not be able to communicate well with our Bluetooth.
• For headphone connections, in particular, please delete the G5’s Bluetooth record on your phone.
• Finally, re-pair and connect G5. The problem will be solved now.

Warm Tips for Safe Use

• To protect your ears, please be careful not to turn up the volume too high. Please turn the volume down to the minimum before use. If there is a sudden loud sound, it may damage your hearing.
• When not in use, it is recommended to turn off the power of this product first. Otherwise, the product is constantly consuming power in response to connection requests from other Bluetooth devices.
• This product uses lithium polymer batteries as an internal power supply. Depending on usage, it can be charged about 300–400 times.
• Do not use equipment other than the included charging equipment for charging. Do not use other equipment as it may cause fire and malfunction.
• Be sure to unplug the charging cable after charging. Also, unplug the charging cable if the required charging time has not yet been completed. If charged for longer than the specified charging time, the built-in battery may generate heat, catch fire, or rupture. Also, it may affect battery life.
